Hey, y’all. I’m sharing a little secret weapon today on how I deal with “trauma bubbles” in the middle of the night. Of course, Stranger Things had to come up . . . but here it is. As desperate as I was to survive my own “upside down” places, I developed this method to stitch good stuff to the horror of my childhood, as well as some of my adulthood, to battle those astral nasties.
