TODAY'S QUESTION:
My dream organization recently posted an open position. I knew I had to apply or I'd regret it and to my delight, I've now done a phone interview and a Zoom interview with the supervisor and President of the organization. I haven't heard back yet (it's only been 48 hours since the second interview), but I do know they are doing "multiple rounds" of interviews. So I have at least one more round before they make a decision. My problem is, if I do get to advance to the next interview, I'm not sure how to prepare and what else to say about myself. I'm used to a couple interviews and then a decision being made. What is this third interview all about?
