This week we have a chat to Simon and Stephen from Guardian PST. Simon and Stephen are both paramedics with extensive experience in martial arts who created an occupational violence protection company, Guardian PST. 

This was a fantastic discussion about personal safety, reassessing scene and personal safety and understanding escalation of people in order to effectively de-escalate a scene.
