In early October, I had the chance to attend Linkedin’s Talent Connect Summit in New York City. In this episode, I share some of my takeaways and learnings from the event, and talk about trends including generative AI, career development and internal mobility. I also share some examples of how companies like Wal-Mart, Pfizer, Cisco, Canva, and NBC Universal are embracing new playbooks to create a better world of work.
