I work for a start-up that grew from 25 people to 250 in the last year and a half, since I've been with them. I have a generous paycheck, great benefits, and a vesting agreement that I'm halfway through (but I know those shares aren't worth a dime if I can't sell them), I like the work that I do okay enough. This is my first full-time job. I'm curious about what else is out there. What else I could be paying attention to. What other projects I could spend my time on. How do you know when it's time to leave a position?
