Lauren Spierer, born on January 17, 1991, was a 20-year-old student at Indiana University when she disappeared on June 3, 2011. She had spent the evening at Kilroy’s Sports Bar in Bloomington, Indiana prior to her disappearance. Was she kidnapped, or worse - murdered? Is it possible she had become one of the latest victims of sex trafficking? Her case has received national press coverage and remains unsolved, even though she is presumed dead. And as I’m sure you all can imagine, her family and friends just want answers and closure. This case came at the request of an anonymous listener, and we intend to bring more awareness to those who may not have heard about it yet.
