Jamie & Teresa had the great pleasure of doing a LIVE version of The Hormone Genius Podcast for SEEK24, a faith based conference hosted by FOCUS (Fellowship of Catholic University Students). This event was attended by over 20,000 people, most being college students, and we were able to speak to hundreds of them about the awesomeness of their hormones.

Jamie & Teresa reviewed the basics of fertility & hormones, the cycle as a vital sign of health, relationships, birth control, and much more. After the event we handed out 150 copies of Teresa's book The Happy Girls Guide to Being Whole and we answered many questions from women and men we spoke to during the SEEK24 event.

We are releasing this podcast in hopes it will be a great refresher in content, but also inspire you to continue to empower yourself with information about your feminine design and share it with others.
