In the Victorian tradition of scary ghost stories for Christmas Eve, we bring you the legend of the “Christmas Tree Schooner”, a three-masted schooner that sank in Lake Michigan in 1912. Join us as we put a Shadow Carriers spin on the lore of the ship most famous for carrying evergreen trees from Michigan to Chicago every holiday season. And just like the famous ghost story, "A Christmas Carol", we learn that not all hauntings are meant to scar or scare - some are meant to heal.
