Back in the 1970's backpacking gear was heavy, bulky and very limited. It was not until Glen Van Peski took a trip with his son where his pack weighed in excess of 70 lbs where he decided he could make something that would do the same job but would weigh much less, allowing him to enjoy his time on the trail that much more. The result was the G4 pack from GVP Gear. Fast forward and that pack is still being made and the company became Gossamer Gear.
Glen, in his new book "take less. do more" shares about how he has taken that philosophy from backpacking and has applied it to all areas of his life. It is life-changing and needs to be shared. Take time to to listen to one of the best podcasts on this show to date!
