Hannah is a songwriter and musician who has composed songs for Hillsong Worship for many years, including “Touch of Heaven”, “Thank You Jesus”, “God Song” and “Never Walk Alone”.

Hannah had just released her debut solo project Sundown and spoke about the themes of rest and community that frame it.
