Routines help build structure in our lives. But as much as we get inspired by and want to follow other people’s routines, what works for them does not necessarily work for everyone else. You see, routines are different for everyone. But that’s the beauty of it. You get to create your own routine according to what is in alignment with your energy. 

But what happens when you skip a morning routine? What happens when something disrupts your schedule? That’s something I wanna talk about in this episode. How do you take the pressure off of making sure you follow your routines down to a T.

Multitasking is a skill that most people, especially us business owners, try to be good at.
