When the management team doesn't listen, it can be easy to take revenge by saying "I told you so" when incidents happen. Incidents that were caused by hazards that you've warned them about. But saying "I told you so" is a very, very bad action, if you want your job to become easier. So, tune in to this episode as we talk about the reasons why.
