The Blues had a big win in Vancouver on Saturday night and even a bad trip looks like it's going to contain a couple of wins. Improvement on the second line looks more and more necessary, so finding the cap space is a challenge. Jon Morosi says the Cardinals have made an official offer for Giancarlo Stanton, and there's a question about what that means. A long dialogue ensues about the Cardinals' lack of having moved out quality major league talent. Jeff thinks it's cheating for grocery stores to sell pies clearly meant for one person.

We get the Fair Or Foul out a little early and then launch into a discussion about biting your nails. Why did our parents lie to us about so much stupid stuff? The Blues might actually be good. Travis is really a big fan of pre-emptive public apologizing. We bust out our new segment, Voices Of Saint Louis, which is basically just us reading the STL Today comment section. Jeff crushed the entire bag of donuts and it's pretty hard not to turn one little slip of food into an entire day of eating like crap. Who invented ranch dressing and does it matter? Travis is claiming ranch dressing for black people. Travis found his scarf on the MetroLink. Fair or Foul closes the show as always. 

Gaines's news update calls Mizzou the second best basketball team in the state and Travis is not having it. ESPN.com says the NFL is on the verge of an all out civil war and Jerry Jones is not real pleased with Roger Goodell. Chris didn't think the silliness would go so public but Travis thinks the relocation fight was a precursor for all this nonsense. Jerry Jones wants control and he's going to do everything he can to seize it. The NFL is going to have dollar chips to cash in and will use money to pressure the players in the upcoming CBA negotiations. Mizzou basketball lost last night and Gaines doesn't know why we're talking about the second best basketball team in the state. SLU won last night and that's gonna be a big victory. Jeff loves App State and doesn't like that the Redskins aren't the right color uniforms. Gaines and Chris inquire after Jeff's debate career. Gaines was a dancer. Martin Rucker (@RuckerSouthSide) hops on to talk Mizzou. Travis materializes mid-interview. What's a powerhouse program? Sometimes those change.

Jeff is in to break down the Blues' victory in Edmonton last night. Brayden Schenn and Jaden Schwartz have been absolutely ridiculous, and you should be sure to check out @STLBluesHistory on Twitter. Eventually the Porters are going to have to clear up whatever the hell is going on with Michael Jr. Giancarlo Stanton won the NL MVP, so you have to wonder if maybe Jeets will pick up the phone now. Brian Stull is the Joey Votto of St. Louis baseball writers. Jeff has no plans this weekend and may get down on some movies. Justice League probably won't be good but everyone is going to go anyway. 

It's time for TARGET PRACTICE! Sarah Pearl (@standupsarah) is in studio to tear into Taylor Swift. There's some discussion about Sarah's set and whether or not we need to rename Target Practice. LiAngelo and crew said thanks to Trump and Travis thinks he embarrassed the culture. An extended discussion on contacts with police including Sarah's tale of a sojourn into the woods of Arkansas and a cop who was trying to stop her from ruining her life. Undercover cops in Detroit may have had a little bit of a miscommunication. Weirdly enough, with a woman in studio, Mike Lee calls in. Travis wants to go to Gaga for free and Sarah says she'd take him, but she may be fibbing. Who the hell would store citronella candles next to books in a warehouse? Fair or Foul closes the show as always.

Travis is an intro guy so he's saving his voice. Jeff doesn't know the difference between Gene Siskel and Gene Shalit. Travis is a hardcore Mizzou shill and says Drew Lock is one of the top three QBs in this year's draft, and he actually might be. Gaines thinks it's time to let Odom go no matter what and he's accused of hating coaches. We're fighting about Bo Pellini this morning. Travis thinks Barry Odom being good to the university and the players is enough reason to keep him and Gaines wants to know how Travis knows that. Mizzou and Illinois football are probably only separated by Drew Lock and Lovie. D calls in and declares his bonafides as a football guy. Titanic came on two VHS tapes and Gaines thinks that's hilarious. Travis may have stolen a great joke. Gaines saw a dad accidentally bring his two young kids to Bruno and it was a defining moment in his life. Arlington calls in to talk about nudity and Real Sex. Travis isn't sure if Jerry Maguire is a football movie. Jeff accidentally made a heroin spoon. 

It's game day! Gaines says it's for the Billikens, everyone else says it's for Mizzou. MPJ isn't playing at Utah and Travis is all of the sudden the guy telling everyone to calm down. Jeff doesn't know anything about college basketball. Gaines has sources because he's a legit journo. Chris got Jack in the Box last night and claims he never ears dumpster food. Onions are fantastic at bringing out flavor. Travis is really proud of his Name That Movie open and makes us listen to it again. Chris is retiring his Mark Wahlberg impression. He yelled at Jeff one time and Gaines has more sources that say he wasn't happy.
