Bob Blade Owner of Salt Blade joined the show to chat about hand crafted salami!

Salt Blade was born after Bob Blade decided that he had enough of the corporate IT world. After many weeks, days, and hours of research Salami became Bob's obsession.  Focused on creating hand made world class Salami is what makes Salt Blade so amazing.

During our conversation we hear Bob's journey and his plans to bring Salt Blade meats to more and more locations throughout Washington State. Currently Salt Blade is available in many local grocery stores throughout Puget Sound. You can also find Salt Blade at many local farmers markets.
