It seems amazing to know that Sam Cushing only began his YouTube in 2019 whilst his Instagram dates back to 2014. But as social media's popularity grew, so has Sam Cushing's grip on the popular channels. With a strong enthusiasm for wellness and fitness, Sam has created a strong following of fans from across the world. As of September 2021, he has well over half a million Instagram followers and close to 180k YouTube subscribers. But he's also keen to ensure that fame and success doesn't go to his head, often reminding his audience to love themselves first. As we gradually move out of the pandemic, it seems he's less concerned now about his "influencer" status and just wanting to make a positive difference with the work he does.
In a surprisingly candid interview, Sam Cushing talks about his early career struggles trying to find his own happiness as well as his battles with anxiety. He tells us about how he finds therapy through music - often through his piano playing as well as of course through physical workouts. We're invited to see a side to Sam Cushing that we don't normally get to see as he offers some insightful reflection over his career. Now, as he prepares to turn 30, it seems the upcoming chapters of Sam's life will be particularly exciting to watch.
