We do not live in a culture that makes it easy to go without. So when we voluntarily give something up, we usually look for applause. Pastor Jon turns to look at Biblical fasting, how it expresses right heart motives. Jon works through the six Biblical reasons for fasting, what fasting should and shouldn't look like, and how fasting works into the Christian walk.

The Magi, the Three Wise Men, the Kings of the East - there are several names by which we call the three figurines in the creche that brought baby Jesus gold, frankincense, and myrrh.
