Axel Sandin-Pellikka and Michael Brandsegg-Nygard made their AHL debuts this weekend with the Griffins. There was a lot of excitement around their starts but honestly it was, expectedly, a bit of mixed bag. And the same could be same for the Griffins as a whole who did end up splitting the weekend but didn't look particularly great in either game. They struggled offensively in both, and got into a lot of penalty trouble on Friday in particular. But they did manage to clinch the 3rd seed, earning them a bye to the Divisional round. #LGRW
