At sunrise, the good energy vibrations  that surround the Earth rise upwards. Similar to how when the sun rises, the clouds dissapear, in the same way the unseen life-energies, which surround the Earth as prāṇa shakti (vital force), begin to ascend when sunlight touches the Earth.

Therefore, waking up early in the morning, practicing meditation at dawn, learning various arts, and engaging in noble deeds at that time all of these can be accomplished with greater focus and concentration than during the daytime hours. all the restlessness,  agitation, and  doubt shall be evaded.. For this reason, all those who desired to attain higher states in life — sages, wise men, and great souls — made it their habit to rise early and dedicate themselves to such practices.

This is our duty. We are not just meditation for our self.  Through meditation,  good thoughts we create spreads across the souther Kailash,  to the surrounding districts, to the nation, and across the whole world.

 By filling the Earth with these  waves of good thoughts, our own vital bio-magnetic waves unite with the cosmic magnetism, thereby creating auspicious vibrations in the universe.

In sleep, all activities are at rest, the consciousness is therefore one pointed and turned inward.  When that awareness begins to emerge, and the sense of “I have woken up” arises,
the concentrated point of awareness spreads throughout the body.

Only then do the bodily senses become perceptible to it. What was first a single unified awareness, now spreads through the whole body and unfolds as the five senses: 
touch, taste, smell, sound, and sight.

Again at night, going beyond the five senses,
it withdraws inward into a single point—
into a life-point, which is called the Bindu Center.
This entire universe itself arose from  a single point
from an Atom. Ancient people did not treat this spiritual art as something separate from life, but as a way of life itself. So first, they taught it to women with the symbol of a point and a line.

From a single point came the kolam (the sacred geometric design). That point is the source point.
From that source came movement—
and that movement is time (kaalam).
Time, when ordered, becomes conduct/virtue (seelam).
To regulate that conduct, they expressed it as kolam (the patterned order).
And that kolam has now expanded into the vast world (gnaalam).

All qualities exist within us — human qualities, animal qualities, and divine qualities.
The name "Ganapathi" means "the lord of all ganas (groups or categories)."
Miruga ganam refers to the animal kingdom, manitha ganam to the human kingdom, and deiva ganam to the divine kingdom.
That is why Ganapathi is worshipped before beginning any task.
Ganapathi is the first and foremost deity.
When we ask, “Who is the Aadhi (the beginning) point?”, it is none other than Pillaiyar (Ganesha). That point itself is the Aadhi Shakti — the primordial energy. That is why Pillaiyar has five arms. There is a saying: "Five hands and an elephant face.” The special hand (or limb) is the trunk (thumbikkai). The five hands represent five divine powers: 
creation (aākal), 
protection (kāthal), 
destruction (azhithal), 
concealment (maraiythal), and 
grace (arulal). 
The one who possesses and celebrates these five types of powers is that Aadhi Shakti. To help people understand this concept, it was conveyed by associating it with a physical form. 
To help people understand and relate to this universe, they created the form of Vinayagar (Ganesha). They created the form of Nataraja. They created the form of Vishnu. These are symbolic representations to help people grasp the divine power that governs the universe. In order to make the identification of God possible, a symbol or form was created to represent that supreme energy. This helped people connect with and understand the divine more easily.

The letter that expresses life is called a 'Uyir Ezhuthu'. In English, it is known as a vowel. When our mind focuses on a Uyir Ezhuthu, it resonates as that vowel. This is what Agathiyar’s wisdom conveys — that vowels elevate the life force.
The first vowel is 'அ' (A). This sound arises from deep within the lower abdomen. Therefore, the vowel reveals the infinite energy that resides in the root (Mooladhara).
Next come the consonants (Mei Ezhuthukkal). When both the vowel (Uyir) and consonant (Mei) come together, they form a 'Uyir-Mei Ezhuthu' (a syllable combining life and body). 
This ‘Uyir’ (life force) is a fragment that has separated from the Supreme Light (Per Oli). These fragments came together and evolved into the five elements (Pancha Bhoothas). In the evolutionary principle of these five elements, humans are also included. That is why the energy of those elements is present and filled within the vital centers (energy centers) of a human being.
The sound that has the power to awaken that life force is the Uyir Ezhuthu (vowel).

Numbers and letters are the eyes of learning. For those who pursue knowledge, numbers and letters are essential.

Number எண் means the "thought",  Letter எழுத்து means "arising" that which awaken the life force!

In the sayings of the Siddhas there is a hidden indication:
“Eight and two — do you know what that means?" 
It could mean 8 + 2 = 10, or else 8 × 2 = 16.

Thus, when we take the number eight and the number two, they each correspond to a following letter in tamil:

Eight → the letter ‘A’ (அ)
Two → the letter ‘U’ (உ)

In this way, number and letter together become the eyes of knowledge. Now, when we ask who are the truly learned:
It is said, “Those who have the inner eye of wisdom — they alone are learned.”

That is why Tiruvalluvar also remarked that the seer with the eye of wisdom is the true knower. So here, in education, people commonly say one must at least know the basic four letters.

But in this deeper sense:
Number = eight and two
Letter = the vowels A (அ) and U (உ)
These two are uyir ezhuthu in Tamil. 
The letter A (அ) is the primordial. 
The sound U (உ) pervades and expands as the totality.

The place from which both arise — that place  is called the “eye.”

The two outer eyes are called the fleshly eyes (puṇṇuṇḍai kaṇ), because they are bound to the body. But we also have another eye — the eye of wisdom (ஞானக்கண்).

Beyond those two bodily eyes, there is a higher eye — the third eye.

And thus it is said:
“Those who possess that eye of wisdom — they alone are the learned. All others cannot be called truly learned.”

A cow produces milk only when it gives birth to a calf. Similarly, the energy called Kundalini begins to secrete.  This secretion happens at a specif time. — if this flow moves outward, it becomes worldly pleasure (போகம்); if it rises upward, it becomes Yogam

The Jeeva vital force in form of water is the life-essence, and it must transform into essence of Siva(சிவநீர்)  When this becomes essence of Siva,   it turns into Amrita (nectar). Mrutha means death; Amrita means deathless state.

For a human being to attain the deathless state, the vital energy that begins to ooze at the root must be drawn upward through the central channel (Sushumna nadi). This life force must be brought to the place of the third eye. That eye must be opened. The state of seeing the Jeeva (individual soul) as Siva (the universal soul) must arise there.

For example, the sun exists. When we see it with the eye, we know the sun is there. But if we had no eye, how would we know the sun exists? Then the sense of touch becomes important: on the skin, touch is felt. At the brow center, what is felt is inner perception, true perception.

When that instrument — the life force — reaches the eyebrow center, it creates an inner experience. That becomes a sixth sense which exists beyond the five senses. It transcends them and transforms into divine perception, the true consciousness-- மெய்யுணர்வு(Mei Unarvu)

The food we eat undergoes seven types of transformations in our body.
First, the solid food we consume turns into liquid — rasa (essence). Then it becomes blood, then flesh, then fat, then bone, then marrow, and finally, in the seventh stage, it becomes semen/essence of life (vital energy).

That is why the vital life force is generated through breathing. When life-threatening diseases occur, the airways get blocked.  Either air cannot go inside, or it cannot come out.

With respect to lung diseases, there are two types: some people cannot inhale properly, while others cannot exhale properly. That is why there is a difference between normal breathing and abdominal breathing. In abdominal breathing, we push out carbon dioxide efficiently -  it is a wonderful way of exhalation. For many people, the problem is that the exhaled breath does not go out completely.

In earlier days,  when scooters used to get clogged with carbon, people would scrape it off with emery paper, remove the carbon, and then start the vehicle again.

In the same way, our alveoli (air sacs in the lungs) often get filled with carbon. When these waste gases accumulate, fresh air cannot enter. Because air always enters where there is empty space — hence, we must create that emptiness by pressing and clearing. Only then will fresh air flow inside.

It is due to the lack of prana (life force) that many diseases arise in the body. That is why breathing exercises, by channeling prana, can help us remove many illnesses.

Who is truly working for the good of the world? I believe we must all live in harmony with one another. Positive thoughts bring unity and peace. That’s the reason temples were built — to bring people together in worship. When we visit a temple, we don’t just pray for ourselves, but for the well-being of everyone. In the past, people prayed for the king and royal family to rule justly. They prayed for the prosperity of their village — that’s community worship. For a happy family — that’s family worship. For the success of their clan — that’s clan or ancestral worship. For the welfare of the nation — that’s national worship. And for the peace of the entire world — that’s global worship. This collective goodwill and awareness is what we call meditative worship, or dhyana.
Through meditative worship (dhyana), we are planting a seed each day for the well-being of the world. Like any sacred intention, it must be nurtured daily with care and awareness — just as a seed is watered and tended to. In time, it will surely bear fruit, manifesting as peace and harmony in the world.
Noone wants conflict among people. Everyone wants the nations to live in harmony. We all strive to create a world without war. Deep within, everyone longs for a world where all beings live in peace and well-being. India’s ancient wisdom teaches us: we are all one—one earth, one family. We may appear different in the clothes we wear, the colour of our skin—black, brown—and in our physical or mental conditions. We may live in different circumstances, speak different languages, or belong to different races and cultures. Yet beyond all these outer differences, we are one—united in our essence as human beings.
That is called human compassion. But if you ask — is it only about humans? No, all living beings are one. That means everything that exists has come from the same fundamental source — and is, in essence, ONE.
