  • Where Is the Divine Path Within the Human Body? | மனித உடலுக்குள் இறைவழி எங்கே இருக்கிறது?

In the 26th Velvi discourse, Gurumahan reveals the mysterious divine path within us and explains how the same Supreme Power that created the universe resides within every human being.

Where is the divine path, and what is it like?

In the beginning, the Supreme Power, the source of everything, existed in a state of self forgetfulness for ages. When that forgetfulness dissolved, it awakened to SELF. From the movement of that awakening arose a primordial sound, and from that sound emerged a subtle light.

That light gradually permeated everything and ultimately manifested as the human form.

After countless incarnations, that primordial substance, the original essence, the very source from which everything arose, must still exist within this human being.

Just as a sparrow builds its nest and leaves a small opening through which it can enter and leave, the human body too has an opening through which the cosmic energy enters.

When we build a house, we provide a doorway. Likewise, this cosmic energy creates the body and enters it through the opening at the top of the head. This is the divine path.

There are ten gates through which one can enter or experience this body. But there is an eleventh gate, the opening at the crown, known as the Brahmarandhra. Through this subtle opening, the primordial cosmic energy enters.

That is why the crown of the head is regarded as a sacred and subtle gateway.

The primordial energy then manifests as the light of consciousness and the light of knowledge at the brow centre, between the two eyes. This is the centre of knowledge, the soul centre, the divine centre.

When this consciousness becomes established at the brow centre, it governs the entire body from there. Through it, we experience movement, touch, sight, hearing, taste, smell, thought and all the functions of the body.

As this consciousness descends further, it expresses itself through the different levels of existence within us. At the heart centre, it becomes associated with the life force and the movement of breath.

From there, it continues its descent as fire, water and earth, expressing itself through the five elements. The subtle becomes gross. The energy gradually manifests as the physical body and ultimately as the world we experience.

Therefore, the very same Supreme Power that manifests this entire universe is present within every human being.

That which appears infinitely far away is, in truth, incredibly close, because it is within us.

  • What Is the Difference Between Living Together and Living in Unity? | ஒன்றாக வாழ்வதற்கும், ஒன்றுபட்டு வாழ்வதற்கும் என்ன வித்தியாசம்?

In the 26th Velvi discourse, Gurumahan explains the Pancha Yajnas, the five sacred duties of gratitude toward the Divine, sages, ancestors, humanity, and all living beings.

The ancient wisdom teaches that there are five great duties in this Universe. Whatever we receive, we must learn to give back. This Universe has given us everything, and therefore, we have a responsibility to express our gratitude.

The five elements have given us everything we need. From the Earth, we receive our food. We need water, sunlight, air, and nourishment to sustain our lives. It is through the harmonious combination of these five elements that life becomes possible.

Therefore, our first duty is to offer our gratitude to the Divine through the five elements. In the Sarva Shakti Siddhiyaga, we offer our salutations to the origin, to the evolution of that origin, and to the five elements through which creation expanded and manifested.

Who are we indebted to next? Our ancestors.

Our ancestors have given us the knowledge and wisdom that guide our lives. They preserved both scientific and spiritual understanding for future generations. Therefore, if we wish to express our gratitude to them, we should study the wisdom they left behind: the teachings of the sages, the Vedas, the Upanishads, the Brahma Sutras, and the ethical teachings that illuminate the right way to live.

This is known as Rishi Yajna, our sacred debt to the sages.

Then comes Pitru Yajna, our debt to our parents and ancestors.

Our father gives us life, and our mother gives us the body through which we experience this world. We can never repay such a profound gift. Our gratitude is expressed by caring for and protecting our parents throughout their lives.

That is why, in our spiritual practices and meditation, we offer salutations to the elders, to our parents, and to the Guru.

Who comes next? Our fellow human beings.

Think about the food we eat every day. Behind a single meal are the efforts of farmers, agricultural workers, traders, cooks, servers, and countless others. Only through the contribution of all these people does food reach our hands.

The same is true of the clothes we wear. Farmers grow the cotton. Workers process it. Merchants transport it. Weavers transform it into cloth. Many others contribute before it finally becomes the clothing that protects our dignity.

Therefore, we must recognize our debt to our fellow human beings and live with gratitude toward them.

Beyond humanity are the countless other living beings with whom we share this Earth. Even the smallest creatures have their place and purpose. Earthworms, for example, play an important role in agriculture. Cows, goats, horses, camels, donkeys, and countless other animals have supported human life in many ways.

Human beings are therefore connected not only to one another but to all forms of life.

To live in harmony with all beings is the essence of Yoga.

But understand one thing clearly: there is a difference between merely living together and living in unity.

Many people may live together, yet they may not truly be united. Unity means living with love, understanding, compassion, and acceptance.

Even if someone in your family has weaknesses or makes mistakes, there is no need to live with hatred toward them. For example, if a husband struggles with alcoholism, the answer is not hatred or rejection. What is needed is compassion and love. When we live with love, a person may recognize their mistakes, transform themselves, and eventually repent.

Therefore, begin with your own family. Live in harmony with your parents. Live in harmony with your neighbors. Live in harmony with your community. Live in harmony with your city. Live in harmony with the entire world.

    That is Yoga.

True Yoga is not merely sitting in meditation. It is learning to live in harmony with everything around us.

And there is only one way to create that harmony:

    Love.
    Love.
    Love.

  • Where Do You Go When You Sleep? நீங்கள் உறங்கும்போது எங்கு செல்கிறீர்கள்?

In the 26th Velvi Discourse, Gurumahan Asks: Where Do You Go When You Sleep?

What does it mean when the life force( Uyir) wants to return to its own nature? When does it return to its own nature? Think about sleep. After eight hours of work, you go to bed. Why do you sleep? Because sleep is your natural state.

So eat well. Work well. Sleep well. Through this balanced way of living, you may gradually attain the knowledge of Brahman.

Many people say, “I go to bed at night, but I cannot sleep. I lie this way, then that way. I keep waiting, but sleep does not come.”

Why does this happen? Because of anxiety, worry, fear, and constant thoughts. These disturb your natural state.

Look at a child. A child eats, plays, cries, and sleeps naturally. When a baby cries, the mother often knows, “The baby is sleepy.” After a short while, the child falls asleep peacefully.

The mind naturally wants to return to sleep. But what is this natural state? When you are in deep sleep, you are not aware of the body. You are not aware of the mind. You are not aware of the knowledge you have gathered about the world.

    So where do you go?

You return to your own nature.

In that state, there is no love or hatred, no pleasure or pain, no loneliness, no hunger, and no desire. There is no lust, anger, greed, attachment, pride, or even religious identity.

There is simply a state of nothingness.

And what do you experience when you reach that state?

When you wake up after deep, dreamless sleep, you may say, “I slept peacefully. I feel refreshed. I experienced bliss.”

    What does this tell us?

    Your own nature is peace.

    Your own nature is bliss.

Your true nature is beyond both virtue and sin, beyond pleasure and pain.

Every day, we enter this state when we sleep, but we do not consciously recognize what we are experiencing.

There are three aspects to our worldly experience: consciousness, perception, and emotion.

Consciousness is the fundamental awareness. Perception takes place through the mind and intellect. Emotion and sensation are experienced through the body.

We experience the world through the five senses: seeing through the eyes, hearing through the ears, tasting through the tongue, smelling through the nose, and touching through the skin.

Through these senses, we experience the world and gather knowledge from it. We experience happiness and pain, pleasure and suffering, and all kinds of emotions.

But all these experiences are temporary. They rise and fall. Happiness comes and goes. Pain comes and goes. Pleasure comes and goes.

What does every living being truly seek?

Not only human beings, but all living beings seek happiness. Whether it is water, plants, reptiles, birds, or animals, every living being naturally moves toward happiness.

But what kind of happiness are we really seeking?

    We are seeking lasting happiness.

We are seeking a happiness that does not rise and fall.

    That permanent happiness is bliss.

A person may have a loving family, a beautiful home, wealth, comfort, and everything they need. Yet they may still say, “I have everything, but I am not happy.”

    Why?

Because having everything externally does not guarantee inner happiness.

That is why happiness comes first.

    What does everyone truly want?

    Happiness.

Everyone is seeking happiness, because deep within, everyone is seeking the permanent bliss that is their own true nature.

  • What Do We Truly Gain by Attaining Brahman Knowledge? பிரம்ம ஞானத்தை அடைவதால் நாம் உண்மையில் பெறுவது என்ன?

In the 26th Velvi Discourse Gurumahan Says: Brahman Knowledge Is the Journey Back to Your True Home.

Only one in a billion people may attain the supreme knowledge of Brahman. No matter how hard we try or where we are in life, very few are able to reach this state.

Many people have wonderful experiences during the Velvi, and their lives can change remarkably within just 40 minutes. But these changes can truly be understood only when we ask them about their experiences.

Why should I change? Why should I change my present state? I have already moved beyond it. It is enough if I am given another birth.

But do we really want another birth? If we are born again for the sake of yoga and spiritual growth, we have already left many things behind. Yet we do not even remember our previous births. Is this our final birth? How many more births will there be? We do not know.

So, does it matter how many births we take? Who can give us a complete account of every birth? And why do we need to know? We are so absorbed in the pleasures of this life. The food is enjoyable, the sights are beautiful, and life offers us countless experiences. When everything seems enjoyable, why would we think about the next stage?

But is there something beyond all this? Yes. We have to be willing to let go of everything and move forward. Are we truly ready to give up what we have? Most of us are not. We continue to hold on to our desires and attachments. Then how can we move to the next stage?

That is why supreme knowledge is so difficult to attain. Even the great goddesses, according to the Puranas, are said not to have easily attained this supreme knowledge.

The Divine itself is said to remind us that if everyone attained supreme knowledge, they might withdraw from worldly responsibilities and become completely absorbed in the higher state. Therefore, spiritual wisdom must arise along with the right understanding of our duties.

When difficulties arise, we must make an effort. But what are we truly seeking through that effort? What are we trying to know and achieve?

We may go to a beautiful place, enjoy a waterfall, take a refreshing bath, eat delicious food during a festival, and return home happily. We may say, “We went there, we experienced it, and we enjoyed it.” But what is the real benefit of Brahman knowledge? What is the benefit of Atman knowledge? What is the benefit of true wisdom?

We usually want a result from everything we do. We ask, “What will I gain from this?” But Brahman knowledge is not about gaining something external. It is about discovering our own true nature.

Sometimes we look at the actions of a wise person and think, “I can do that too.” If he raises one hand, I can raise both hands. If he gives someone something, I can give something too. We imitate the outer actions without understanding the inner state from which those actions arise.

The actions, thoughts, and words of a true sage do not arise from ego or selfishness. There is no selfish motive behind them. That is what makes a person truly wise.

This is the power of Brahman knowledge. Within just 40 minutes of meditation, many people experienced remarkable inner changes. For some, the 40 minutes felt like only a minute.

Of course, when the physical body is not healthy, it can become difficult to move beyond bodily awareness. That is why physical health is the first foundation of spiritual practice. For those who sincerely pursue Kundalini Yoga, maintaining a healthy body is especially important.

Only when the body is healthy can we progress beyond it. If the body itself is constantly troubled, it becomes difficult to experience anything deeper.

That is why yoga first teaches us to regulate and strengthen the body through asanas. Once the body is prepared, we are guided through the different stages of turning inward.

Then comes the question: What is the use of Brahman knowledge? Do we really want to attain Brahman? Why do we seek it?

The path to Kaivalya, the ultimate state of liberation, is traditionally described as extremely difficult. Yet, through the path shown by Gnanavallal Paranjothi Mahan, this seemingly difficult journey can become simple and accessible.

After completing the practice, we know how to return to our own home. A small child may not know the way, but as we grow, we know exactly where our home is. We do not accidentally go to our neighbour’s house because we know where we belong.

In the same way, a person established in true knowledge knows their own inner home. There is no confusion about where to go.

Brahman knowledge is nothing other than the knowledge of our own true state of existence. It is the journey of the living being back to its own source, its own inner home.

That is the essence of Brahman knowledge: to know who we truly are and return to our own eternal state of being.

  • One Minute Peace Practice: Experience the state beyond Waking, Dreaming and Deep Sleep | ஒரு நிமிட அமைதி பயிற்சி: விழிப்பு, கனவு, ஆழ்ந்த உறக்கத்தைக் அனுபவம்!

In the 26th Velvi Discourse, Gurumahan Leads Us Into a Minute of Silence and Reveals the Fourth State of Consciousness.

Sit comfortably in a quiet place for a minute. Keep your hands joined, gently close your eyes, and bring your mind to the space between your eyebrows.

Inhale for a count of three. Hold the breath for a count of three. Exhale for a count of three.

Beyond these three stages lies the fourth state, the state of silence and deep peace.

Inhaling represents the waking state. Holding the breath represents the dream state. Exhaling represents deep sleep. Beyond these three states lies a beautiful state of pure awareness.

This is the profound state symbolized by Gayatri, beyond the threefold existence of Om Bhur, Bhuvah, and Svah. That state of silence is filled with bliss, and all divine powers remain within it.

As you observe your breath and allow your mind to move deeper into silence, you enter that wonderful state of Maha Shakti, the supreme divine energy. It is the power of Brahman, the state in which you unite with Brahman.

In that state, waking merges into dreaming, dreaming merges into deep sleep, and deep sleep merges into the higher state of the Self. There, the truth is realized: Aham Brahmasmi, I am Brahman.

Keep your mind at the space between your eyebrows. Inhale. Hold. Exhale. Remain in silence.

Again, inhale. Hold. Exhale. Remain in silence.

Again, inhale. Hold. Exhale. Remain in silence.

Continue this practice, moving beyond the waking state, beyond the dream state, and beyond deep sleep into the deeper inner state of the Self.

May everyone receive all that is good and live in happiness.

May peace, harmony, and joy flourish throughout the world.

  • The Body Ages, But Does the Soul? | உடலுக்கு வயது உண்டு; ஆத்மாவிற்கு வயது உண்டா?

In the 26th Velvi Discourse, Gurumahan Explains: “The Body Grows Old, But the Atma Remains Eternal”!

Gurumahan has not yet fully returned to the physical state. Because I remain established in my higher state, I am not connected with the body through ordinary feelings, emotions, or the mind. Although my eyes appear to be looking at you, I am not present in that experience.

Through the instrument of the eyes, the mind and the life force perceive the world. But I remain beyond all of this, established in the state of the Self. Therefore, I do not see, hear, smell, taste, or touch in the ordinary sense.

Beyond all sensations and emotions, I remain in the sacred state of the Self, in the divine state of pure consciousness. That is why I cannot relate to you merely through the physical body. My purpose is to lead you to this state, to take you into supreme bliss and spiritual ecstasy, and to help you become pure and divine.

I see everyone as God. There is only One Reality. The great truth declared in the Gita, the Upanishads, and the Vedas is Prajnanam Brahma, pure consciousness is Brahman.

This entire universe is filled with consciousness. I too am pure consciousness. Here, there, everywhere, and in everything, from the smallest atom to the vastest universe, the Self, the Brahman, pervades all without separation.

I have neither sin nor merit. I am neither born nor do I die.

The Supreme Cosmic Energy, Maha Shakti, manifested as its own expression, its own remembrance, and its own primordial sound, revealing itself as the form of Paranjothi. That Paranjothi, the Divine Light that I truly am, is present as everything today. Everyone is Paranjothi. This world is Paranjothi. Everything in this world is Paranjothi.

If God is Paranjothi, then the world too is Paranjothi. Every living being in this world is that same Divine Light.

My beloved ones, this age must once again become an age of love, an age of joy, and an age of peace. That is why everyone who has realized Brahman emphasizes the importance of meditation.

The mind experiences the sensations of the body through knowledge and perceives the world. But it does not experience the deeper awareness of the Self. Creating that awareness is the purpose of tapas, spiritual practice. It is the dharma of great sages to guide you through tapas and help you return to your true, original state.

My duty and my work are to transform humanity into a pure and noble humanity, to awaken its divine nature, and to lead humanity to a state of true happiness.

The body has an age, but the Self has no age. Therefore, through another cycle of transformation, I will continue to uplift humanity and establish it in a higher and nobler state.

Until then, this physical body will continue to function under my direction.

My complete blessings to everyone who has participated in this Velvi. Through the Velvi and the offering of food, we must work for the welfare of the entire universe. Protecting not only humanity but also aquatic life, plants, reptiles, birds, animals, and every other form of life is the dharma of human beings.

Therefore, it is our responsibility to protect this world and the entire universe through our actions. The purpose of this Velvi is to clearly remind every human being of this responsibility, inspire them to fulfil their duty, and guide them towards a higher state of consciousness.

With this purpose, through tapas, financial support, and physical service, Sage Vishwamitra once performed a Velvi for the welfare and peace of the world. Rama and Lakshmana supported him and protected that sacred Velvi.

In the same way, I offer my complete blessings to all the loving souls and their families who have protected and supported this Gurumahan’s Velvi, without caring about day or night, heat or cold.

  • What Is the Greatest Wealth We Can Leave for Future Generations? | எதிர்கால தலைமுறைக்கு நாம் விட்டுச் செல்லக்கூடிய மிகப்பெரிய செல்வம் எது?

In the 26th Velvi Discourse, Gurumahan Inspires Us: “Let Us Heal the Earth Through the Power of Our Thoughts”.

Let us transform the changes taking place on Earth due to global warming through the power of our thoughts. Negative thoughts have contributed to this imbalance. Let our positive thoughts bring peace, harmony, and balance back to the Earth.

We do not need to leave this planet and search for another one. Scientists are already thinking about how humanity can survive if the Earth becomes unable to support life. But our ancestors taught us that human birth is precious because it gives us the opportunity to overcome desires and attain liberation.

For future generations to experience human life, we must keep this Earth healthy and beautiful. What is the greatest wealth we can leave behind for them? It is this Earth itself.

Let us protect and nurture Mother Earth. When we care for her, all living beings can live, grow, and prosper in peace. Let us protect our soil, our water, and our environment.

A farmer may pray for rain, but let all of us pray for rain and create the right conditions to receive it. When we care for the Earth and maintain its natural balance, she can sustain us even through abundant rainfall.

Protecting the environment is our responsibility.

We often say, “The government should do this. The government should do that.” But who is the government? We are the government.

Instead of asking, “What has our country done for us?” let us ask, “What have we done for our country?”

The Earth gives us everything we need. Therefore, instead of blaming others, let us take responsibility and do our part to protect and nurture this beautiful Earth for ourselves and for generations to come.

  • Why Should Gratitude Lead to Responsibility? நன்றியுணர்வு ஏன் பொறுப்புணர்வாக மாற வேண்டும்?

In the 26th Velvi Discourse, Gurumahan Reveals: What Happens When You Truly Thank God?

Can we ever forget the Creator who created us, protected us, and continues to guide us towards a higher state of being? Let us remember Him throughout our lives. Every morning and evening, as the day begins and as it comes to an end, should we not praise Him and express our gratitude?

The more we praise the Divine, the more our hearts expand. The universe has given us so much, yet we often overlook its blessings and dwell only on what we do not have. By constantly thinking, “I don’t have this, I don’t have that,” we forget all the goodness the universe has given us and turn its abundance into scarcity in our own minds.

This very birth is a gift from the Universe. It has given us a loving mother and father, brothers and sisters, a spouse, friends, and children. It has given us opportunities, positions, responsibilities, and everything we have received in life.
Be grateful for what you have received. The more sincerely you express gratitude, the more the Universe continues to give. As you praise and appreciate the universe, its blessings continue to flow towards you.

Therefore, never hesitate to praise and never hesitate to give thanks.

Praise and gratitude are pathways that draw you closer and closer to the universal energy.
So, my wise and enlightened ones, praise nature. Praise the Divine presence in nature. Offer your gratitude every day.

At one point, we must move beyond gratitude. The next stage is responsibility. That is why I repeatedly speak of duty, duty, duty.

My beloved wise ones, understand and fulfil your responsibilities as an individual, as a family member, as a citizen of your nation, and as a member of the world community. This Velvi is meant to awaken this understanding within you.
When you become truly aware, the whole world will rise.

For the world to rise and live in peace, let us perform deep spiritual practice so that such disasters and great calamities do not occur again, not only in Tamil Nadu but anywhere in the world.
Let us go into the deepest state of meditation and, from that state, offer our blessings and prayers.

Nature will listen. Nature will respond to our sincere intention. The moment it responds, the movements of the cosmos will begin to change. Everything will change. It will certainly change.
The world is capable of transformation.
Therefore, when we transform our minds and connect with the cosmic mind, everything around us can transform.

  • Why Should We Be Grateful Even for the Challenges in Our Life? | நம் வாழ்க்கையில் வரும் சவால்களுக்குக்கூட நாம் ஏன் நன்றி செலுத்த வேண்டும்?

In the 26th Velvi Discourse, Gurumahan Reveals Why Every Person and Every Experience Is a Divine Blessing!

Let us lovingly bless the mother whom life has given us. Aha! See the Divine within your mother. Feel the presence of Brahman in her.

Let us bless the father whom we have received. Aha! See that same Divine presence within your father.

Think of your brothers and sisters, those who came before you and those who came after you, all born from the same womb. How many brothers and sisters has the Divine blessed you with in this journey of life! See the Divine in every one of them. See that One Reality dwelling in all.

And the teacher who has entered your life, aha! He is the one who came to dispel the darkness of ignorance and lead you towards wisdom. Bless and honour your mother, your father, and your Guru. They are not ordinary gifts; they are precious treasures lovingly placed in your life by the Divine. Bless them with a grateful heart.

Bless the friends whom the Divine has brought into your life. Some friends gently guide you towards light and goodness, while others may challenge you or even lead you towards difficult experiences. Aha, O Divine! You have given me both, so that I may learn, awaken, and rise. Thank You.

Every experience in life is a teaching from the Divine. Every event carries a lesson. Whatever has happened has happened for our growth and ultimate good. When you surrender with faith and believe, “Whatever happens is for my good,” life itself begins to unfold with grace.

Aha! What a beautiful Divine play this life is!

The person who has come into your life as your husband or wife may have been born somewhere, raised somewhere else, and lived an entirely different life before destiny brought you together. What a beautiful blessing that is! Sometimes they may praise you, and at other times they may challenge you. But even through those experiences, the Divine is teaching you love, patience, acceptance, and inner transformation.

Your life partner is a blessing from the Divine. Your husband is a blessing. Your wife is a blessing. Receive them with gratitude and see the Divine hand behind the relationship.

True spiritual maturity is learning to accept whatever life brings us. When we surrender to the laws of Nature and trust the Divine wisdom behind every experience, sorrow, anxiety, and resistance begin to dissolve.

There is no purpose in constantly asking, “Why did this happen to me?” The rain has come. Circumstances have changed. Accept what has happened and ask instead, “How can I transform myself through this?”

Let me begin with myself. I will change myself. I will transform my thoughts, my attitude, and my way of seeing life. When I transform, my family transforms. When my family transforms, my society transforms. Inner transformation becomes the beginning of outer transformation.

Aha! My mind has the beautiful nature to transform.

The Supreme Divine Reality that moves this entire creation is also moving within me. Everything that comes into my life is an opportunity given by That One Supreme Reality for my awakening, growth, and ultimate good.

O Almighty Divine, You are working for the good of all.

Thank You for every person You have placed in my life. Thank You for every experience You have given me. Thank You for every lesson, every relationship, every joy, and even every challenge that has helped me grow.

O Divine, thank You for giving everything necessary for all living beings of this world to live in peace, happiness, and harmony. May all beings be blessed. May all beings be joyful. May all beings awaken to the Divine within.

  • How Did the Universe and All Living Beings Come From the Same Divine Source? |இந்தப் பிரபஞ்சமும் அனைத்து உயிர்களும் ஒரே தெய்வீக மூலத்திலிருந்து எவ்வாறு தோன்றின?

In the 26th Velvi Discourse, Gurumahan Says: “Aha!” as the joyful key to the Divine!

Bless the nature of this Universe. Let us bless it with an “Aha!” In the beginning, the Universe was immersed in darkness. Bring that darkness to mind at the centre of your eyebrows and bless it with an “Aha!” Let us joyfully bless this wonderful word, “Aha!”

The primordial source first conceived the thought, “I shall manifest as the Universe.” That thought has now become everything around us. It emerged as the sound of Om, the sacred Pranava. The Pranava mantra is the primordial sound, and its beauty is beyond words.

The Pranava light became the Pranava Jyoti, the Paranjothi, and manifested in this world as the Supreme Light. It is the light of the Self, the One Light, the Paranjothi.

That same Paranjothi shines in the sky as the Sun, Moon, and stars. Within our body, it shines at the crown as the Atma Jyoti and at the centre of the eyebrows as the Jnana Jyoti.

That light became the five elements. It became atoms in the vast space, water, and the beautiful rain that pours upon the earth. The beauty of the earth, the breeze that moves across it, and the fire that burns from time to time are all expressions of that same light. Even the flame of a small lamp reflects its beauty.

Aha! How wonderfully has the Universe expressed itself! Let us look within and experience its beauty.

The five elements have taken countless forms of life in water. Look at the incredible colours and forms of aquatic life. The primordial Shakti, the original source, has evolved into these living beings. The invisible divine light has taken visible form as countless bodies.

Aha! The entire Universe is That.

It became aquatic life, then plants, creepers, and trees. It became leaves, branches, flowers, vegetables, fruits, fragrance, and taste. What an incredible journey of evolution! The Divine Source, the primordial substance, has transformed itself into countless forms.

Finally, it became reptiles, birds, animals, and, through the process of evolution, human beings.

That Divine Source is within this body. It is within every living being. Therefore, when we realize That within ourselves, we can see That in every life.
