  • I-God: How can I become God? |

I originated from a divine state, and my deepest longing is to return to that pure state. Just like how a father feels a unique joy when his son aspires to follow in his footsteps — a joy even deeper than the happiness he felt at his son's birth — in the same way, our greatest goal should be to become like God.

God is not just a being of power but of boundless compassion, unconditional love, limitless grace, and infinite capability. I too wish to reflect these divine qualities. I yearn to embody that endless love, limitless wisdom, and unshakable strength. Let me not just seek God, but seek to become like Him.
God, in His infinite compassion, continues to bless even those who deny Him or speak against Him. Take Sage Bhrigu, for example — even after he kicked the God’s chest, God responded with grace, not anger.

This is the divine ideal I must strive for: to love every being, without exception (anbu). To seek understanding of all things (arivu), to grow in every kind of strength —Physical strength, strength of mind, material capability, and wisdom(aatral). No matter what life throws at me, I must remain centred in joy — in a state of divine bliss (aanandham). True beauty is the beauty of the heart — a heart that reflects God’s love and serenity (azhagu). May my mind and soul remain ever peaceful (amaidhi).

God is the one who gives everything — and that’s why He is called Shankara. The name Shankara is deeply meaningful: "San" stands for joy, and "Kara" means giver. So, Shankara is the giver of joy.
Govindha too means the one who grants bliss to all living beings — a universal benefactor of joy and peace. When we chant “Arohara” with full awareness, from the highest point within us, we align with the supreme state- That sacred vibration lifts us and draws us into divine consciousness.
To believe in this higher presence — to trust that such a divine force exists — that very belief is the essence of bhakti, true devotion.

By worshipping God again and again with deep faith, the worshipper himself becomes worthy of worship. In other words, through that devotion, he becomes Ishwara — he becomes one with God.
In the past, we worshipped God as an external form, outside of us. But now, we worship Him within ourselves — we worship through inner experience and awareness. Therefore, awareness itself is Brahman, awareness itself is God.

  • Sthitha Pragyan: One who remains unshaken in divine consciousness| : ஸ்திதப் பிரக்ஞன்- இறை உணர்வில் என்றும் நிலைத்து நிற்பவன்

If the awareness is always active at the third eye, one can remain alert and conscious. If it is at the top of the head (crown), one may be in a transcended state. That’s why the third eye is considered ideal for leadership or governance.

Everything happens according to the will of God. Not even an atom moves without Him. That Divine is present as light, and as consciousness itself — this is the belief we hold. The Guru who shows us the path to reach that Divine, the inner Guru who guides us toward the Divine within — it is that Guru we worship. Therefore, the path of God, the path of the Guru — that is the path of wisdom, and that is the path of truth.

Those who walk the path of truth are followers of truth. So, you are followers of truth — people who have  Recieved initiation to experience the Divine vibration of Self - the kundalini awakening. You are the ones who have realized the divine truth. Believing that God is the highest truth – higher consciousness, it is that truth you meditate upon and focus steadily on. Those who remain in divine awareness without change — in any place, at any time, and in any situation. Whether they rise or fall, succeed or face hardship, they do not waver from that elevated state.

In the Bhagavad Gita, this is what is called Sthitha Prajna — one who remains unshaken in divine awareness. The one who does not waver from that state of God-consciousness is called a Sthitha Prajna — a person who has attained divine awareness. Such a person is referred to as a Jivan Mukta — one who is liberated while still living.

Reaching heaven or becoming immortal after death is not the goal. True immortality is attained while living in the body — by realizing that eternal state here and now. Yes, you — the awakened ones from UPF — are the immortals (Amarars). May you attain that immortal state and, without passing through the ‘dark door’ of rebirth (karuvaasal), ascend through the ‘narrow door’ at the crown (siruvaasal) and merge with the Light as Light.

Gurumahan blesses us for reaching the state of liberation.

  • I-God: What Happens When We Seek Only the Good | நான் கடவுள்: நாடும் நாட்டங்கள் நல்லனவாகவே இருந்தால்

When you seek the highest good — the best of the best — even if the path is marked by great suffering, in the end, you will attain something greater than all you originally desired.

Consciousness. A melting within that consciousness. The realization that nothing exists apart from consciousness. Placing faith in the divine consciousness — in the primal awareness. Just as you melted in devotion, let that same melting happen on this path of wisdom too. One must attain that divine state, one must reach God, must hold onto that supreme state. That ultimate state — the divine seat — must be realized. I long to know that Supreme Knowledge, the highest wisdom that shines in radiant clarity. I must know who this ‘I’ truly is.
The longing to know — ‘Who am I?’ When that longing becomes intense, the divine aspiration arises: to focus the awareness at the midpoint between the eyebrows and contemplate only the divine consciousness. To remain steady/established in that awareness. For the intellect to merge with that consciousness — to become one with it. The intellect contemplates that ultimate truth — the true consciousness. It abides in that true consciousness and becomes one with it.

In devotion, we worshipped Lord Shiva in his form; in formless form as the Shiva Linga; and as the divine light (jothi). But now, in the formless state, we are experiencing that Supreme as pure consciousness.
This primal ‘I’ — the source of all — is none other than that consciousness itself. It is through the intellect that we perceive it, and in that perception, we begin to know the original primal Self. The deeper the recognition, the more the intellect dissolves into that truth — until it is no longer separate, but becomes that very essence.

  • Benefits of circumbulating around the the Golden Pyramid-Pranavalayam at UPF |

The fundamental energy of the Aadhi Guru has been infused into the Pranava Temple, where it now radiates in its complete and powerful form. This sacred space holds and expresses the full potential of that divine force.

When people walk around the temple 21 times—a number symbolically linked to the Guru—they begin to absorb electromagnetic energy from the cosmos. This, in turn, draws bio-electromagnetic waves into their bodies, strengthening their own life energy.
As a result, physical ailments are alleviated, and the body’s five elemental forces (pancha bhoothas) regain balance and harmony. Past karmic blockages and sufferings begin to dissolve. Harmful astrological influences on one’s life force are cleared, promoting long life and vitality.

Moreover, when people focus on their intentions or desires during these circumambulations, those thoughts are transmitted into the universe, setting the process in motion for their realization and fulfillment.

  • I- God: How can one understand the concept of God? |

What do the Vedas say about God?
They say that God does exist — not as a separate being, but as everything in existence. Think of a human being: it’s not just a head, hand, or foot alone, but the entire body together that makes a person. Similarly, we refer to the whole land from Kashmir to Kanyakumari as India — not just a part of it. In the same way, God is not something separate from the world. God is present everywhere and in everything, inseparably. God is the totality — the all-encompassing presence that exists in all things.

There is nothing that exists apart from God. That’s why, in the path of devotion, it’s said: “See everything as a form of God.” For a true devotee, everyone and everything appears as God.
A scientist, on the other hand, sees the universe as a collection of atoms.
A rationalist says that everything we perceive exists only in the mind of the observer.
But in the path of knowledge (Jnana), there is a deeper realization — That the one who sees, what is seen, and the act of seeing itself are all one and the same: God. This understanding is unique to the spiritual path of wisdom.

What do those who have attained self-realization actually see? They see that in everything they perceive — both inside and out — there is something fully present and pervading. *That* is God. So, this God who exists as everything also exists within *us*. That means *I too* am a part of that divine presence. Then where exactly am *I*? In what way do *I* exist? This is what the Vedas teach: Know the power that lies within you. Love yourself. To know the Self — that is true knowledge (Jnana).
Such profound truths from the Vedas were understood and shared by a great yogi who lived in ancient South Tamil Nadu. He received his education in a gurukulam (traditional school), listened to the words of his Guru with devotion, and deeply studied the philosophies of the body, the world, and the Divine. When his Guru told him, “That which is the source of this universe also exists within you,” he sought to realize that source within himself — and he did. Because of this deep realization, he came to be known as Thirumoolar, a great sage who truly understood the Self.
With the intention, “May the entire world experience the bliss I have realized,” the great sage Thirumoolar is said to have lived for 3,000 years, composing one verse each year. These 3,000 verses together form the Thirumandiram, a revered Tamil scripture, through which he shared his deep spiritual insights in the rich language of classical Tamil.
In the Thirumandiram, Thirumoolar beautifully emphasizes that the Divine, who is present everywhere, also resides within us. To help realize this truth, he systematically outlined the eight-fold path of Ashtanga Yoga, presenting it as a structured spiritual discipline.

  • Journey to the Divine: Thirumoolar’s Key to Kundalini Shakthi through ASHTANGA YOGAM |

In Sanskrit, Sage Patanjali, and in Tamil, Thirumoolar, have each outlined the eightfold path of Ashtanga Yoga in a systematic way. These eight limbs guide one from outer discipline to inner realization.
The first four stages are considered external disciplines:
1.Yama refers to restraints — what we must avoid or give up. These are ethical rules about what not to do.
    2. Niyama is about observances — what we must adopt or follow.
    3. Asana, often thought of as a physical posture, actually points to something deeper. It represents the seat or position of the Kundalini energy within the body. While it’s true that an asana must be steady and comfortable, the purpose goes beyond just physical stability. Tradition says there are 840,000 asanas, aligning with the belief that there are 840,000 types of living beings — and that each posture corresponds to the way life-energy rests in each form.
For human beings, asana helps us recognize the seat of this energy at the Mooladhara (root) chakra. Just as every person in an organization has a specific seat or role — be it a watchman, typist, or manager — each living being has a position or center where its life-force resides. The concept of asana brings awareness to this “seat” of the jeeva (life energy).
    4. Pranayama is the regulation of breath — more precisely, the control and direction of prana shakti, the vital life energy that fills the universe. Though air has many components, it is uyiriyam, or vital essence, that sustains life. The practice of pranayama helps us channel this energy systematically.
While these first four limbs deal with outward practices — discipline, posture, and breath — the remaining four limbs lead us inward, into the subtler dimensions of yoga and consciousness.
    5. Pratyahara – The Turning Inward
Thirumoolar speaks about Pratyahara as a crucial transitional stage for those progressing beyond external practices. He emphasizes a deep truth: the universal energy that permeates everything also dwells within every human being.
To illustrate this, he draws a parallel from temple worship. When we visit a temple, we don’t worship directly at the Gopuram. There is a process. Devotees traditionally walk around the temple five times, symbolizing the journey through the five layers of human existence:
•Annamaya kosha – the physical body
•Pranamaya kosha – the energy or breath body
•Manomaya kosha – the mind or emotional body
•Vijnanamaya kosha – the intellect or wisdom body
•Anandamaya kosha – the blissful body
Only after symbolically crossing these layers can one reach the sanctum (Chitambalam) and experience the divine presence. Likewise, though blood circulates through the whole body, the soul (Atma) resides beyond the physical form. It transcends the gross, subtle, and causal bodies and lies beyond the three states of awareness—waking, dreaming, and deep sleep.
This idea of Pratyahara points to a deeper energy that powers human life. Just as a fan or light needs electricity from a source beyond the switch, our brain, too, requires a subtle energy source to function. This invisible force is our fundamental life energy.
Thirumoolar explains that this life energy is located at the very center of the human body—just as the Earth’s energy lies in its core, the Sun’s power in its center, the yolk in an egg, or the nucleus in an atom. The divine power we often seek outside actually resides within us.
To locate this energy physically, one can measure from the tip of the thumb to the crown of the head in a standing person, take half of that distance from the feet, and find the central point—this is where the source energy lies. It is this energy that fuels both spiritual growth and everyday life. For most people, this is expressed as boga shakti—the energy used for worldly experiences. But for yogis and the spiritually awakened, it becomes yoga shakti, atma shakti, and jnana shakti—the powers of yoga, soul, an

  • Sanatana Dharma: A Way of life rooted in love |

Say it with pride — I am a Hindu. Stand tall, with your head held high.

Until now, we believed being a Hindu meant anyone with a name Murugan or Krishna etc. But it is not that. Wherever there is love in a living being, Wherever there is compassion in a heart, Wherever there is genuine affection in a soul That soul is Hindu. Wherever they live, that place becomes Hindustan. So, in truth, the whole world is Hindustan. That is why we have no need to invade neighbouring countries or wage war — Because our presence, our way of life, brings light wherever we go.

Today, we speak of *Before Christ* and *After Christ*. But even before Christ, people lived in this world — They lived by the path of love and righteousness. That path is called *Sanatana Dharma* — The eternal way, the ancient path rooted in truth, compassion, and harmony.  It is ancient, it is true, and it is unchanging — A path rooted in love, a path that never changes. An eternal way of life guided by compassion and truth. This is the path of love.
We don’t need to constantly declare ourselves as Hindus — Because by our very nature, we are already Hindu. Sanatana Dharma is a way of life that embraces all other religions with understanding and respect. It is a path of inclusion, love, and eternal truth. This is something we must understand deeply.
