யாவர்க்குமாம் இறைவற்கு ஒரு பச்சிலை;

Line 1:
Everyone is capable of offering a simple green leaf to God as a gesture of devotion.
Line 2:
Each of us can spare a mouthful of feed for a cow, showing care for all living beings.
Line 3:
We can all share a portion of our food with others when we eat, no matter how small.
Line 4:
And most importantly, we all can — and should — speak with kindness to one another.
Do not hurt anyone’s feelings — especially those of your mother, father, teacher, or even God. We should not speak harshly to anyone. The foundation of true yoga is the path of loving all living beings as we love our own self. After all, we all come from the same Supreme Source.
The essence of all that has arisen in our land — the Upanishads, the Brahmasutra, the Bhagavad Gita, and the Thirumandiram — is this:
**”There is but one race, one God. All is one.”**
Once we understand this truth, what should we do? Each person must carry out their own duty with sincerity. Fulfilling one’s duty is the way to serve the Divine as realized by the wise.

Receiving the grace of the Almighty is the greatest blessing one can attain. When a person truly receives God’s grace, it brings complete well-being and prosperity. That is why our ancestors emphasized total surrender to God during prayer. Through such surrender, a person can fully receive divine grace — and this act of surrender is what they called *Bhakti*, or devotion. The mind becomes what It focuses on. When it constantly thinks of God, it begins to reflect divine qualities. So, to become godlike in nature, one must begin by thinking of God. That’s why prayer to the Almighty — the Creator, Protector, and Final Destination of all souls — is essential.
Though religions may use different names for God, all agree that there is only one God: loving, merciful, and gracious — the one who bestows all through His grace. As the saying goes, **“தனக்கு உவமை இல்லாதான் தாள் வாழ்க”** — Glory to the feet of the One who has no equal. Nothing in existence can compare to God. If one earns the grace of this all-powerful, incomparable being, they are blessed not only in this life but also in the life beyond.
On this **National Day of Prayer**, a personal prayer might be:
* *Almighty God, by Your grace, may my body be healthy.*
* *Almighty God, by Your grace, may my mind be at peace.*
* *Almighty God, by Your grace, may my work flourish.*
* *Almighty God, by Your grace, may my finances improve.*
* *Almighty God, by Your grace, may I live a long, meaningful life.*
The core principle here is: **what you focus on is what you receive**. The universe responds to what you ask. Therefore, our prayers must be framed positively. For instance, if you say, “I have a lot of debt, may it be cleared,” you’re affirming the debt first, and only later asking for relief. This mixed message can hinder the result. Instead, say, “Almighty God, may I be financially free and abundant by Your grace.”
Vallalar taught that prayer (*prarthanai*) is a heartfelt request to God. But since God is the embodiment of love (*Anban*), wisdom (*Arivan*), power (*Aatralan*), bliss (*Aanandhaman*), and beauty (*Azhagaan*), we must not ask Him for small or temporary things.
The **greatest wealth** we can ask for is the **wealth of wisdom** (*Gnana selvam*). With this divine wisdom, we can live righteously and do everything in this world with God as our witness. This is the highest form of prayer.
It’s like the difference between **giving someone a fish** and **teaching them to fish**. Asking for material things is like asking for a fish — it only helps for the moment. But praying for wisdom is like learning to fish — it equips you for a lifetime. Real prayer is not about seeking short-term fixes but gaining the strength and clarity to live with divine support and purpose.

The enlightened teachers of the Paranjothi lineage, having attained the realization of Truth (சத்தியம்) through Kundalini Initiation, and understands that Brahman—the Absolute—is One. This is a true understanding of Equality (சமத்துவம்). Rooted in this understanding, a genuine spiritual teacher must possess the presence of mind (சமயோஜித அறிவு) which arises through Intuition (நுண் அறிவு). These together form the foundation for one to become a true Wisdom Teacher (ஞான ஆசிரியர்).
Without these qualities, a spiritual teacher cannot carry out their sacred responsibilities, nor can they be genuinely recognized or accepted by others as a true Wisdom Teacher.(ஞான ஆசிரியர்)
Thus, the defining attributes of a true Wisdom teacher:
1. A realization of the Truth,
2. Need to understand that all are One and treat everyone equally.
3. The ability to relieve human suffering through intuition which is developed by connecting themselves with Supreme knowledge.
When the revered teachers of our ashram (Universal Peace Foundation) act from this elevated state and fulfill their duties with integrity, it paves the way for a more harmonious and enlightened world.
Paranjothi is the source from which all existence has emerged. All who belong to the wonderful Paranjothi Lineage follow the tradition of Guru disciple relationship.. They dedicate their life for the welfare of the world.
We are all children of the same universal Mother. We say that though we are born from different parents, our blood is one.
Though we may appear different in form, we are united by the same blood.
This is the Physical dimension.
Beyond that exist the dimension of Life. We are all born from Supreme- The Parabrahmam and we are all expressions of that one Supreme Life (Per Uyir).

A person suffering from illness cannot enjoy pleasure, and one who is old is also unable to truly experience it. Even in the face of death, such pleasures are inaccessible. Therefore, to fully experience these joys, the right conditions must be established.
With this purpose in mind, the revered Siddhar Bogar aimed to overcome three fundamental limitations of human life: disease, aging, and death. To achieve this, he created a powerful and unique elixir known as Navapashanam.
Bogar was not just a Siddhar, but also a great philosopher and enlightened sage. He attained the state of Jeevan Mukti (liberation while still in the body). Through his inner realization, he united with eight other Siddhars, becoming the ninth among them. Under each of these nine Siddhars, he appointed nine disciples, making a total of 81—again, a number symbolically linked to 9.
He created the Navapashanams (nine poisons transformed into medicine), performed Nava Suddhis (nine purifications), and generated Nava Agnis (nine sacred fires), through which he created something entirely new.
This miraculous medicine, Navapashanam, removes bodily ailments, reverses aging, and prevents death—meaning it grants longevity. While death can never be completely avoided, life can certainly be prolonged. Therefore, Navapashanam is a wondrous medicine that accomplishes all these remarkable benefits.

Chapter 17: மனிதன்
Page 82
எண்ணம், செயல், சொல் சீராய் இருப்பார் ஜெகத்தீசன்
Jegadeesan, the Ruler of the World, is the one who truly knows himself. When you come to know your true self, anything in this world becomes achievable.
As the inner energy awakens from the mooladharam (root) and ascends to the crown, it rises upward and unites with its highest state of being — a space where all existence is held.
From that state, the consciousness transforms into thought, flows into words through vibration, and finally manifests as action in the divine light (jothi). Jegadeesan embodies perfect harmony in thought, speech, and action.
True wisdom (jnana) is the realization that the Paramatma (Supreme Soul) and the Jivatma (individual soul) within us are one and the same. To see them as separate is ignorance (ajnana).
The Universal Peace Foundation stands as a sacred space — a temple — that reveals and nurtures this profound inner wisdom.

Attaining true wisdom, known as Mei Gnanam, is very difficult. It’s a special skill that not everyone can easily learn. There are 64 other arts, but they are temporary and can disappear. True wisdom, however, is eternal and never fades. This sacred knowledge was first taught in India long ago, but even then, learning it was very hard.
The Upanishads tell us about Brihaspati and say that the Asuras (demons) are experts in knowledge about the body, while the Devas (gods) excel in understanding the life force or soul. Both groups asked their teacher for help, saying, “Please teach us what never dies—the imperishable truth.”
Originally, this teaching was given over 108 years, but since people don’t live that long now, the time was shortened to 64 years, then 33 years, and finally to 12 years. This became the length of the Gurukula education system, called “Mamankam,” where students would train strictly for 12 years, following a disciplined, celibate lifestyle. Even today, we see echoes of this system in modern education: in India, we follow the 10+2 structure, and in many countries abroad, it is 8+4 — showing the idea of learning over a set number of years.
The power that lies deep within us is the same as the universal cosmic energy. The ancient sages named this energy ‘Kundalini Shakti’. This cosmic force exists not only in the vast universe (the macrocosm) but also within this body (the microcosm). Therefore, instead of searching for it in far-off places, it is enough to realize and awaken the immense divine power that already resides within us.
To do this, we use the mind. But the mind is often restless and hard to control. So, we begin by calming the body. When the body is steady, the mind becomes calmer. When the mind is calm, our breathing becomes smooth. And when our breath is steady, everything—body, mind, and inner energy—comes into balance.
This whole process is best done with the help of a Guru, a teacher who guides us to walk the inner path and realize our true self.

Let the world attain the bliss of consciousness that I have attained.
Line 2 and 3:
That essence exists as awareness. It is present both in the outer space and on the earth. It’s in the form of vibration. We have that miraculous power within us.
Line 4:
We must perceive that essence through awareness.
Gurumahan reiterates that;
According to quantum physics, this entire universe is made of consciousness/vibration. Science and spiritual wisdom are not different. Science is the expression of spirituality.

Life has two dimensions: the physical life and the spiritual life. All beings with the five senses live for the physical life, but only the refined human, endowed with the sixth sense, lives for the spiritual life. In other words, we can call them worldly life and spiritual life. Our ancestors realized a way of life that harmoniously excelled in both the outer world and the inner being.
One should not consume food in any place, at unregulated time, or accept from just anyone’s hands. Food must be accepted with awareness and consumed with moderation. Even to satisfy a hunger that arises through a single sense, one must consider the sanctity of the place, the purity of time, the appropriateness of occasion, the right measure, and the worthiness of the giver.
Even medicine must be taken in the right dosage. Food, too, is a remedy — a cure for the affliction called hunger. Therefore, one must treat food as medicine and consume it with that awareness.
