  • Who can lead a life without sorrows and worries?

The decisions we make today determine our life tomorrow. If we fail to make the right decision, it results in mental distress. In traditional kolam art, a dot (pulli) and a line (kodum) must come together to form a meaningful pattern. Without this connection, the design becomes disordered. Likewise, for life to be harmonious, the woman (dot) and the man (line) must be united.

To understand this, one needs awareness. Some people lack the sense to perceive fragrance. Only if there is sensitivity can there be the awareness to perceive it. Similarly, one may have eyes but lack the awareness of sight; have ears but not the awareness of hearing; have skin but no awareness of touch.

People who lack true sensitivity and awareness at the center of their forehead are referred to as maakal. Maakal means those without true awareness. Makkal, on the other hand, are those who possess true awareness of the self. When awareness transcends the forehead and reaches the crown, such individuals live free from sorrow and worry.

  • I-GOD: Aadhi -The Primordial : Birth of Self from the Infinite |

Whatever exists in the vast cosmos also resides within the human body. The crown center, or Sahasrara, is the seat of self-awareness — the point where human consciousness operates.
    Another quote from I-God conveys the same message;
    ‘ஆதியும் அகண்ட இருளும்,  அதன் thoniyum, அரும்பெரும் jothiyum..’

The Original Being, resting in its natural, undisturbed state, had a thought. That single thought gave rise to the sound of Om. From Om came light — an immense and radiant divine flame. From this divine light, the vast space unfolded, and from it, atoms were born. The movement and vibration of these atoms gave birth to the stars.

These same atoms, both vibrant and luminous, became planets and all other celestial worlds. As they cooled, they transformed into water. When that water solidified, it formed the Earth. Life arose from this earth — first in the form of plants. From plants came seeds, and through many stages of evolution, these seeds gave rise to living beings. From crawling, flying, and walking creatures emerged *vindhu* — the seminal essence of life. It is from this *vindhu* that the human was formed.

As a human emerged, so did the power of the mind — awareness (*madhi*), which matured into wisdom (*needhi*). Rooted in that wisdom, consciousness reached a state of stillness and stability. In that calm and centered state, it became pure awareness — the supreme intelligence.

This awareness recognized itself as I- the self. That Self is none other than the Aadhi, the Origin. The one who was in the beginning is now present as the human. All things exist within this Aadhi, this Self. Therefore, the Self is all. And this state of I— the true self — is the natural state of being.

  • Upanayanam: Awakening Divine Wisdom through third eye opening |

The forehead eye, also known as the eye of wisdom and the eye of knowledge, is the gateway to reaching the highest level of intelligence. The front part of the forehead is where understanding occurs, and it is the place where thinking and analysis take place. It is here that we reflect on everything and gain clarity, analysing all things with focus and deep understanding, regardless of who is speaking.

In ancient Bharath (India), the process of opening this third eye— the eye of knowledge— was through the practice of Upanayanam. During this ritual, the initiate would be adorned with three sacred threads, each representing the wisdom of one of the three main scriptures, guiding the opening of the forehead eye (the inner eye of insight).

In those times, those who opened the eye of knowledge reached a higher state of being. From this elevated state of wisdom, they understood justice and lived a life of virtue and integrity. These individuals were referred to as the deeply virtuous sages The term Arakadavul Andhanar denotes those who have attained the highest level of wisdom through righteousness. Therefore, anyone who has achieved such wisdom is considered an Andhanar. An Andhanar is a spiritual guide, a teacher, or in essence, a Guru.

The Guru plays a crucial role in every aspect of life. They guide individuals in their work, train them in their professions, and provide the wisdom necessary to manage various forms of administration— whether in politics, business, or family matters. The Guru also leads one along the path of righteousness. Hence, the Guru serves as a guiding force for all 4 kinds of people, offering direction in governance, discipline, values, and purposeful living.

To transcend the cycle of birth and attain liberation, one must seek the guidance of a true Guru. Surrendering at the feet of the spiritual master is essential, as it is nearly impossible to navigate the vast ocean of worldly existence without such guidance. When a seeker approaches the Guru with devotion and unwavering faith, the wisdom possessed by the Guru naturally becomes accessible, leading them toward spiritual realization.

This is why people say, “Long live the Guru” and “Let the Guru be our refuge.” The Guru represents supreme knowledge. From that elevated state of wisdom, everything the Guru says guides the seeker toward that same higher understanding. Anyone who leads us to a greater understanding is undoubtedly an Achariyar and a Guru.

A Guru is someone who imparts knowledge to us, especially about the things we are unaware of. Therefore, we should show respect and reverence to all Gurus in the world and, through them, honor and praise the supreme wisdom they embody as the true Guru.

  • I-God Philosophy: How can we experience all the power in this world?

True happiness comes from deeply knowing oneself. One evolves from seeking small, fleeting pleasures through the senses to experiencing a higher, lasting bliss that transcends them. By gaining self-awareness, nurturing inner strength, and applying it in everyday life, one can engage with the world—seeing, hearing, feeling, tasting, and touching—with conscious presence and care.

Even while living amidst worldly experiences, if one remains anchored in the joy of the higher self, free from desire or attachment, they reach a state beyond the cycle of birth and death.

    "ஜோதியிடம் அண்டி ஜோதியாகிய பின்னும் சொன்ன சொல் அறிந்து சுழி  முனையில் நின்றீர்கள் ஆனால் தன்னிலை ஆகிய பேரின்ப அறிவில்  தானாக பிரகாசிப்பீர்கள்" - நான் கடவுள், Chapter 31- குரு

When the individual soul merges with the Supreme (Brahman), it enters the state of Jiva-Brahma unity. Through surrender to the Divine Light and becoming one with it, and by truly grasping the eternal truths and standing firmly in that awareness—especially at the centre of higher consciousness (Sahasrara)—one gains the power to understand all the things in the world.

  • How to Attain Physical Youthfulness, Mental Strength, and Intellectual Simplicity |

To keep thinking of the all-powerful God with full devotion at the Sahasrara is to become one with Him. That is the highest state – the true feet of the Lord (paramapadham). Only by reaching His holy feet can we be free from all pain and sorrow in this world.
So, the mind must hold firmly to that Supreme God at the Sahasrara — to the God within as the Atman , and to the Atman within as Divine Vibration.
Let all divine powers gather at the crown chakra (Sahasrara). May those powers flow gracefully through the top of your head and fill every living cell, every tissue, every organ, and every part of your body — bringing health, vitality, and youthful energy. May the heart gain strength. May you gain the inner power to accept all things as they come.
And no matter how much wealth or knowledge you gain, may you always remain humble and simple. May you live a long and enduring life — Graced with youthful energy, inner strength, humble simplicity, abiding joy, and a heart full of contentment.

  • I-God Philosophy- Why is I-GOD the source of all spiritual texts ?

When there is a deep bond and true harmony between a guru and disciple, the guru shares wisdom by revealing the truth exactly as it is. The love shared in this relationship—known as *Guru Bhakti*—is the foundation of such harmony. The word ‘Guru’ itself holds meaning: ‘Gu’ represents darkness, and ‘Ru’ stands for the light that dispels it. This light is knowledge, and the Guru is the one who brings it forth, removing the darkness of ignorance.
This book focuses on such a Guru, considered the root of all existence. Its foundation lies in the philosophy of *Naan Kadavul*—the understanding that the ‘I’ or Self is God. God is not separate from the world or from us. There is no material apart from God; everything is a manifestation of that one divine presence. True enlightenment is realizing this all-pervading Self within.
The wisdom in this book is shared in its purest form, making it the source of all other teachings. By understanding the ‘I’—the source of our awareness—we gain complete knowledge. This book highlights the essence of reality, offering deep insights into nature, divinity, truth, meditation, and spiritual knowledge.
It focuses on *Kundalini Maha Shakti*, the divine energy within us, which can be realised through Kundalini meditation. The book provides guidance on philosophy, spiritual practices, and righteous living—both personally and socially. It is essential reading for anyone who seeks to grow in wisdom, meditation, and moral integrity.

  • Yoga is art, science and technology.

Summer is a season that brings about remarkable changes. The intense heat of summer causes noticeable effects on human skin and body. It also generates internal heat, which can lead to issues like poor digestion and water retention in the lungs. These days, many people over the age of 45 tend to face one or another form of heart-related problems. Any change that occurs on the surface of our body can often be detected easily, even if it’s on our back—an area we cannot directly see. However, when it comes to our internal organs, we cannot easily observe or detect any defects on our own. Therefore, it is essential to have a full body check-up by a doctor or physician—just as we clean our homes and vehicles at least once a year.
Today, medical science has made significant advancements through various research and innovations. In the past, detecting blood sugar levels was difficult. But now, people with diabetes can easily monitor their condition with available tools, without even needing to travel anywhere. However, it is extremely important to test our internal organs, especially the liver and kidneys, as these cannot be assessed without proper medical examination.
Even for those who have mastered Kundalini Yoga or attained great spiritual heights, regular medical check-ups remain essential. Spiritual advancement does not exempt one from the responsibilities of caring for the physical body.
Medicine is an art that reveals how our internal organs function, enabling us to carry out our duties effectively. Even something as simple as a watch is a tool that helps us keep track of time in our daily lives—we can no longer rely on observing the stars, as people did in ancient times. Science, in essence, is the refinement of knowledge put to practical use in everyday life.
Yoga, once considered purely an art in ancient times, later evolved into a science. Today, it has further progressed into a sophisticated discipline—an integration of art, science, and technology.

  • How does a person achieve a fulfilling death?

The mind becomes what it thinks. When we think of lower things, our thoughts, words, and actions reflect that low state. But when we focus on higher truths, we develop noble thoughts, speech, and actions. Good actions lead to good results, and low actions lead to poor outcomes. So, when the body acts with goodness, the soul receives good results.
At the moment of death, if the soul is at peace, it experiences calm and bliss. If not, it suffers deeply before leaving the body. The soul remembers its death experiences and carries that fear into its next birth. That’s why all living beings naturally fear death.
To overcome this fear, one must think of the higher truth and recognize the soul within. This inner light, called Atma or Brahman, is the life-force in all beings. When one contemplates this truth deeply, the soul becomes one with it and realizes its divine nature.
Once this realization dawns, a person no longer identifies with just the body or mind but lives from the awareness of being the radiant Atma. From this state, noble thoughts, words, and actions flow naturally. To reach this higher state, one must live a life of goodness—thinking, speaking, and doing only what is right.
It Is the soul that truly lives this life. It takes a body to fulfill its inner longing. But after birth, the soul forgets its purpose and gets caught in the pull of the senses and worldly bonds. This leads to repeated births, seeking sensory pleasures.
When the soul remembers its true purpose — to realize its divine self — and lives rightly while in the body, it undergoes life’s experiences with wisdom and attains liberation from the cycle of birth and death.
A higher life Is not one lived only for the body, but one lived for the soul. Understanding and living for the soul, in righteousness, is the true way. One should live for what is truly good for oneself and one’s family.
Thus, life itself becomes a path of virtue. While in the body, one should do all the good one can, with kindness and grace. To be reborn nobly, one must give through charity. To reach the state beyond birth, one must live by *Dharma*, which is *Aram* — righteousness.
When we protect *Aram*, it protects us. Living a righteous life is the highest form of living. Among all forms, the household life (*Illaram*) lived with virtue is considered the greatest *Aram*.
Therefore, householders must never turn away from righteousness. By living with love and virtue, even death becomes peaceful and liberating. Such a soul returns to the supreme light from which it came and attains the eternal, deathless state.

  • How consicously a mother should take care of her children?

Instilling good habits in children before the age of five, lays the foundation for lifelong positive practices—what begins as a habit becomes a way of life. If the future world is to be virtuous, the responsibility lies with the parents. If the parents are good, the children will also grow up to be good. Even if the father makes a mistake, the mother must uphold strong moral values. This is because it is the mother who nurtures and raises the child, feeding and caring for them from the beginning.

While feeding milk to the child, it should be done with good thoughts. The thoughts and love that pass through the milk help shape the child into a loving and well-mannered person. That is why a mother’s milk is so important for a child.
Whenever the mother feeds milk to the child, she should have noble thoughts about the child. She should bless the child, thinking, “May he grow up to be a good person, a capable individual, one who is pure, and a noble soul praised by the world.” When she feeds the child with such positive thoughts, those good thoughts travel along with the milk and become part of the nourishment. That very nourishment turns into the child’s blood. Blood becomes the mind, and the mind becomes character. Whenever the mother feeds the child—whether it is milk or rice—she should do so with a pleasant face, without any irritation or dislike. When a child is about to leave for school, we often feed them while scolding or even hitting them. This should never be done, as such experiences leave a lasting imprint on their minds.
A mother's character deeply influences the character of her child. It is the mother who shapes the virtues and values of a noble and disciplined individual.
Therefore, O mother, if you embody divinity through your conduct, your child too will reflect that divinity. So, if you (the mother) become aware of yourself and live with integrity and discipline, your family will grow into a noble and exemplary one. A tamil proverb reflects this as, *a good family is a true university*. So, it is the mother who shapes society and the world. The mother is truly the greatest.
O Mother, you have awakened to the womanhood within you. You have realized the strength and potential of a mother that lie within you. Now, recognize the divinity that dwells within you—and live as that divine being. With this, *Gurumahan* offers his complete and heartfelt blessings for a fulfilled and noble life.
