  • Bharath friendship with Israel from ancient times| இஸ்ரேலிய நாட்டுடன் அன்றே பாரதம் கொண்ட நட்புறவு

Whatever happens in any part of the country in the world, it will affect every country in this world. Only if the neighborhood is good, we can be in better condition.

Gurumahan mentioned that  for the wellbeing of Chinese people, Indian people's prayers are necessary. Because Bharath always has very good friendly relationships and good integration with other countries. Fundamental for this is Spirituality. Our  philosphy is Everyone should be well. Entire world should prosper.

In today's world, Jews from Israel are experts in all fields. Tamilnadu had good trade relationship with Israel in ancient times. Research says that there are many Tamil words in the Jewish language. Further interesting research says that, when Jesus was crucified, he prayed in tamil language.

Israeli intelligence and power can be noted in their Intelligence Service. They were ousted from their own country, and also they were beaten and ousted  when they entered other countries. In Germany, Hitler wanted to destroy the entire Jewish race. The sense of Dominance has been continuing and are reflected in different dimensions from ancient times and yet still persists.

  • Dharma of a Father, mother Guru for a Individual's spiritual growth |உயர் ஞானம் அடைய, தாய் தந்தை குருவின் தர்மம்

To perform any action, even if the external environment is well set, one should seek the blessings of these three. First, Our mother and next our father, who always wish well for us. Third is the Guru who want their disciple to reach the elevated state they themselves have attained. The Guru, with a noble intention, believes that the disciple’s growth is their own growth. The Guru’s primary aim, at any place, at any time, and in any circumstance, is to uplift the disciple who has surrendered to Him. Thus, the Guru is there only for the disciple. Therefore, one should seek the blessings of these three noble beings.

The three are compared to the sides of a triangle, with the person being a dot at the centre of the triangle, and their duty is to protect and elevate this individual. This triangle with a dot inside represents the symbol of UPF (Universal Peace Foundation). Therefore, one should remain loving towards the mother, father, and Guru, and should never show or cause any hatred.

The Vedas in Shanthi lesson teach that  both the teacher and the student should receive blessings and well-being through the complete divine vision of the all-powerful God. We pray that there be good thoughts and good harmony between us always.

Omnipotent Parabrahman, Lord, we should always live in Your remembrance. Together, the student and teacher should unite and show the world the path of righteousness. Together, we should always walk the path of virtue. Virtue protects those who uphold it. Those who follow the path of righteousness will be safeguarded by it. Righteousness will always protect you. Thus, spiritual discipline is the means to follow such righteousness.

  • What is wisdom? மெய் பொருள் என்பது என்ன?

When we move from the outside to the inner self, the mind moves inward. Beyond the mind, there is an object within that can be perceived. That inner object is the true reality. That true reality is the supreme reality (Paramporul) that exists everywhere – here, there, and everywhere. "Param" means that which is above all, that which is supreme.

The supreme reality is above all these — the world, nature, solid matter, liquid matter, heat, air, and atomic matter. Even though these five elements constantly change, the unchanging substance is the supreme reality.

That supreme reality (Paramporul) is the true substance. Realizing that true substance as it is, in its true form, is wisdom. The state of realizing that is the state of meditation (Dhavam).

This state transcends the three states of wakefulness, dream, and deep sleep. It is the state of the Self (Atman), the state of pure awareness, the state of true knowledge, and the state of inner power.

  • The causes of diseases and their treatments நோய்களுக்கான காரணங்களும், மருத்துவமும்

This body is associated with disease in the context of Indian medicine, particularly Tamil medicine. It is believed that the body, created from the five elements (Panchabhoothas), functions through the integration of the movements of air, fire, and water, which together govern the life force.

If any of these three elements increase or decrease, it leads to illness. Those who studied and understood these diseases identified 4448 different types of diseases. For these, appropriate treatment includes herbal medicine (Moolikai Maruthuvam). For humans, who originated from the earth, plants that come from the earth serve as both the best food and the finest medicine. This is also the medicine that removes the ailments and diseases of the body.

  • Simple breathing exercise to calm the mind மனதை அமைதி படுத்தும் எளிய மூச்சு பயிற்சி

During the olden times, mantras and breathwork were used to purify the mind. 1:4:2 is the ratio for breathing exercises. Breath in for 1 count, hold for 4 counts, and breath out for 2 counts. Inhale of breath is ‘pooragam’, holding the breath is ‘kumbagam’ , exhaling is ‘resagam’. These three stages should be performed properly. When you inhale for 1 count, holding should be for 4 counts and breathing out should be for 2 counts. Same way When you breath in for 2 counts, breath should be held in for 8 counts and exhalation for 4 counts. When inhalation is for 3 counts, holding in should be for 12 counts and breath out for 6 counts.

The Sastras and the Pranic Science recommend that inhalation should be for 16 seconds, holding of breath should be for 64 seconds which is one whole minute and exhalation is for 32 seconds which is half a minute. Practicing this breathing technique brings well-being to the body and  peace to the mind, to face any problem. This is mentioned in the Thirumandhiram, but it cannot be practiced on our own without the guidance of a Guru. A Guru provides proper step-by-step instructions, starting with inhaling for 2 seconds, holding for 8 seconds, and exhaling for 4 seconds by using the above mentioned ratio. Over time, the timing is gradually improved until we reach the formula mentioned in the Thirumandhiram, which involves holding the breath for one full minute.

  • How to connect with the universe and live a peaceful life? பிரபஞ்சத்தோடு இணைந்து அமைதியான வாழ்வை வாழ்வது எப்படி?

Those who retain the Prana Sakthi in their crown chakra, one who remains with the Supreme consciousness, is free from illness in the body, free from worry in the mind and free from confusion in the intellect. The body is healthy, the mind is peaceful, and the intellect is clear. By gaining true wisdom, one chooses what is right over what is comfortable in this material world and lead a rightful life. The yogis elevate their prana energy- the life force, from the mooladhara chakra to the crown chakra, and establish Shiva as the life energy, who resides in the sakthi/energy, at the crown.

The connection between the universe and the body is through the sahasraram (crown chakra). There is connection between the Sun and the crown chakra, the moon, the stars, planets, the outer atmosphere even with the primordial space and the crown chakra. Yogam is union of all the things. The yogis who practice meditation, unite yourselves once again in everything. Unite again and again. Unite with the universe from the individual body. Unite with the supreme reality.

  • Thirumandhiram 1632: Who needs to Meditate?

For those who needs Wisdom, for them meditation is necessary. So we have a question in our mind! Do I need to receive the true Wisdom?

External wisdom is scientic wisdom,   Inner wisdom is spiritual wisdom. Out of these both, do I need spiritual wisdom?

When one thinks that they need spiritual wisdom, their thinking will be higher. Mind becomes that which it thinks. Now Mind thinks only about worldly things. In that case, mind becomes that.

The fundamental of all the worldly things is this "wisdom of self", this is truth. Now this mind does not wish to know the fundamental of all things. Because the mind feel that the 5 sensual pleasure is sufficent. Mind does not know that there is something beyond  pleasure and pain of this world.

Therefore 1st line of thirumandhiram says one needs meditation to reach spiritual wisdom.

For all those who wants to be the best intellectuals, for all those who want to excel in their life, they need  this meditation that drives high thinking.

Thirumandhiram 2nd line: who does not need this meditation? When one reaches the highest state of Spiriual wisdom which is Samadhi, for them this meditation is not required. Because they are always in meditation. They don't have to seperately do meditation.

Thirumandhiram 3 rd line : those who experienced brahmam or God as one  and realizes that God is within them, those who experience that they exist as that God within, for them meditation is not needed.

Thirumandhiram 4th line : everyone wishes for change. Better change from yesterday. A better tomorrow!!

This Meditation enables a better changr by purifing the mind of all the unnecessary imprints.

For those who wants to grow higher from being a layman, to a person with high quality, those who wants to change themselves for betterment, they need to involves themselves in meditation practice. If a person does not want to grow, then it is enough to sleep.

Sleep is the 3rd state of consciousness. This is the state of ignorance. For those who wants to stay in ignorance, for those who do not want to improve themselves, for those who want to live in painful situations, they do not need this meditation.

The purpose of waking up early in the morning, cleanising ourself physicaly and  mentally is for our betterment. Those who wants to become better, grow higher, they need to meditate.

  • How does raising the Prana Sakthi transform your life? பிராண சக்தியை உயர்த்துவது உங்கள் வாழ்க்கையை எப்படி மாற்றும்?

The energy present in the universe enters the individual body as vital energy (Prana Sakthi), when it is directed towards the brain, transforms the brain’s energy. This is converted into mental energy. Through mental energy, it further transforms into bodily energy or physical energy, leading to various changes and transformations. The same power (sakthi) drives various functions in our body. Just as the same electrical energy transforms into light or sound energy, heat or cold energy, the same energy – Prana sakthi – manifests as spiritual energy, intellect/wisdom, mental focus and physical strength.

The Prana (life force) that enters through the two nostrils, crossing the tip of the nose, passing through the frontal brain, enters the endocrine glands, activates the energy channels of all the chakras, thereby promoting physical health, mental well-being, clarity of intellect, and wisdom. When the mind concentrates properly on the Prana, it becomes absorbed in it.

The Prana Sakthi activates the glands located in the central part of the brain, such as the pineal body, hypothalamus, and the pituitary gland (also known as the master gland). It regulates the proper functioning of all the internal organs of the body. It brings balance to the five elements, and harmonizes the doshas of vata, pitta, and kapha, resulting in peace for both the body and the mind.

  • How to achieve spiritual growth? ஆன்மீக உயர்வு அடைவது எப்படி?

Just as there is growth for the body, the mind, and knowledge; spiritual growth which is a combination of all 3,  is also necessary. Firstly we must channelize all our five senses and our mind. After channelizing the 5 senses through mind, we must turn the mind inward and observe the hidden inner core energy. This inner energy resides at the Mooladharam, at the base of the spine, which is at the centre of the body. It exists as the life force.

The goal is to raise this life energy through the Sukshuma naadi and transform it into the Shiva energy at the crown centre. For that, we must know where this energy is located in our body. It is found in the area between the urinary and genital apertures (mooladharam). In other words, this energy resides between the water element and solid element of our body.

If that energy (kundalini sakthi) is amplified, the body can attain health, the mind can find peace, and the intellect can gain clarity. One can achieve what they desire and accomplish their goals. In all aspects, we will be blessed with patience, composure, and resilience.

We are channeling our own energy inward and upward. Therefore, we need more energy for this. Gurumahan emphasises that as much as possible, we should observe silence and speak only when necessary. It is better not to disperse our energy through the senses. So as the verse from Thirumandhiram Says "மூலாதாரத்தை முக்காரம்  இட்டிரு",

we need to first focus on the mooladharam to raise this kundalini energy in order to achieve all the said benefits and grow spiritually.

  • What exists beyond death? இறப்புக்கும் பின்னால் எது நிலைத்து இருக்கும்?

If you ask a common person, “Who am I?” they would mockingly respond, “Don’t you know yourself? You may have studied for a Bachelor’s, Master’s, and even a PhD, Don’t you see yourself in the mirror?”  Here people  refer to our physical body.
This body, as perceived from the external view/perspective, is not permanent. It is called the impermanence of life. But ‘I’ am not something that can be destroyed. The “I” exists before birth, after birth, before death, and after death. In other words, it exists both before birth and after death. However, this body does not. The body has a time limit. The soul, referred to as “I,” cannot be confined to a specific place or time. Soul transcends time and space.
Every object has its own power. A solid object has solid power, a liquid object has liquid power, fire has fire power, and air has air power. Similarly, the wind has wind power. In the same way, the object called life has its own power. Everything requires power to be operated. That power is called sakthi (energy) and it exists within our body.
