In today's episode I talk about intuition and emotional wisdom -- and how in order to commit to working with your own intuition, you also must commit to doing "the work" around your own emotional landscape. We talk about how to sort feelings from intuition insights -- what it feels like to be an empath vs being hypervigilant -- and how to understand when your inner wisdom is speaking to you, versus just cognitive bias or big feelings around a topic.
