We had Jonathan Jr over once again and mixed up a great new cocktail that turned into somewhat of a bourbon battle royale as we searched to take it up yet another notch!

Happy Veterans Day to all who have served and those that are serving! We got the opportunity to spend some time with Jonathan Jr in between assignments, as he was back from Germany for. couple weeks.

Once again, we're pouring up some Balcones, and this time it is their Pot Still Bourbon.

Pouring up more Balcones, and another Single Malt offering. Ther Texas "1" Single Malt Whisky.

We're back on the Balcones Distillery offerings and this time one of their Single Malts... The Lineage Texas Single Malt Whisky.

Happy Halloween from Savor the Burn! We mixed up a cocktail with one of our favorite bottles and pour spouts... Von Payne Black

Here is a wonderful cocktail, made with the Angel's Envy Rye Whiskey Finished in Caribbean Rum Casks called the Saratoga. this cocktail did not disappoint and brought some new things to the table for us.

Angel's Envy has sooo much to offer! We did a side by side of the standard offering, The Angel's Envy Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey finished in Port Wine Barrels, and their Rye Whiskey Finished in Caribbean Rum Casks. What a treat! There is so much to love with both of these!

We thought we knew where the ceiling was with making the best ol,d fashioned cocktail, boy were we wrong. We weren't even sure how this was going to pair, but this West Bottoms Whiskey Company Maple Cask Finished Rye left our jaw dropped and wanting more!

This is one amazing cocktail made with West Bottoms Whiskey Company, the KC Horse Feather! Nose to presentation, this is one that is top of the list!
