Retirement should be worry free, fun and REMARKABLE! But just because we are retired doesn't mean we stop worrying about things.
From our kids to our grand kids, from money to health, and then add in what's happening all over the world I often find my mind won't stop worrying.
When this happens to me, I have to take a step back and concentrate on what is really important in retirement.
I've also come up with 3 C's - Connection to family and friends, Control (learning what you can and cannot control) and compounding the amazing things in your life.
