After the events of New Year's Eve, Sheriff Bragstone has issued a curfew for all citizens of Pickle Hollow: STAY INDOORS -- THERE'S A KILLER GERBIL ON THE LOOSE!

It's not long before Toppie Smellie begins to perceive that he is the only person who is actually FOLLOWING the rules of the curfew. 

Meanwhile, the SPCA has become concerned about Toppie's chickens!
