A few years ago when Rebekah first become an entreupener she was a single mum to a 1 year old little girl who was going through a divorce that lead her to becoming bankrupt having her car & home repossessed, she was so broke to the point her and her daughter were eating expired food in her pantry waiting for the next pay day to arrive, living week to week.
Rebekah knew that this wasn’t the life she wanted for her daughter therefore she decided that enough was enough and she was going to change her reality. Within a few short years she was able to turn her situation around and now she is the CEO of Rebekah Jade Enterprises a multi 6 figure company that teaches women through how to become financially independent and to tap into their feminine super power, their magnetism.

After building a successful career and life in WA, she took a huge leap, moving across the country to start fresh in QLD, knowing no one, and rebuilding her business from scratch.

And that’s exactly what she helps women do, create financial freedom through smart, strategic property investing.

This episode is for you if you:

In today's episode, I'm exploring how mood and mental health affect our food choices following big life transitions and it’s dedicated to anyone going through similar changes in their life. I hear you, I see you.
How do you approach food when you are out of your normal routine?
Is it typical for you to gain 1-2kg each time you go on holidays?
Today I discuss how I, the one who is mainly responsible for most of the food decisions, plan on keeping some kind of normality with our food whilst we travel for 4 weeks in a motorhome in New Zealand.
Wanting to do something and doing it are two different things. In this episode, we talk with Yolanda, who is a patient patient of mine and how she has set herself for success when it comes to knowing exactly what she is eating each and every week and making sure she is prepared and has food on hand to follow her plan.
A well-balanced diet can fulfill most of your nutrient needs and many vitamins and minerals play a role in supporting a healthy weight but if you’re on a limited diet, and with today’s busy life, most people don’t get a well balanced intake week in and week out so adding a few safe vitamin supplements could provide the extra boost you need to stay on track with your healthy weight loss regimen.
