When we are willing to intentionally slow down and look back, it is amazing what we can learn from the experiences that have molded us into the individuals we have become.  Often this is where we insert the '20/20 hindsight' quip, but if we really look for lessons which can offer growth, it can be a powerful tool itself.

In this episode we discuss gratitude (with a few anecdotal sidebars).  This conversation focuses on how gratitude was discovered along our paths, how we have morphed our views on it, and ways we have relied upon and employed it to help shift perspectives and brighten the days of others.
