Despite numerous challenges, Scott and his partner, Tom, started a soccer academy and mentorship program in Uganda. Today, they've mentored over 17,000 boys and employed 70 staff members. It's a testament to the power of perseverance and the impact we can make when we step out of our comfort zones.
