In January of 2024, the Los Angeles Innocence Project announced that they would be taking on Scott Peterson’s case.  This episode will go over why the Los Angeles Innocence Project believes that Scott Peterson is innocent and will look at the evidence that they want to look into. The LAIP put forth over 1,000 pages of documentation as to the evidence they want access to, new evidence they believe they have and thourough information as to why this evidence could ultimately lead to proving Scott Peterson is innocent.

Scott Peterson was convicted of killing his pregnant wife Laci Peterson in 2002 as well as his unborn son, Conner. 

What does this mean and will it be enough for Scott Peterson to get a new trial?
