Is Scott Peterson Innocent?

This episode will discuss evidence (or lack of evidence) that makes Scott Peterson look innocent of the crime of killing his pregnant wife, Laci Peterson as well as other possible theories of what could have happened.

On December 24, 2002, Laci Peterson was reported missing.  Laci was 27 and nearly eight months pregnant.  Her husband Scott claimed that she was mopping when he left that morning to go fishing, and when he returned home, she was not there.  

Almost right away, this story was discussed regularly on the news.  Scott Peterson was quickly looked at as a suspect, and eventually he was convicted of murdering his wife and unborn child.

But with only circumstancial evidence used in his trial, the question remains for some, did he actually do it?  Was somebody else responsible for the murder of Laci Peterson, or did the husband that she loved do what he was accused of?
