Seaforth are a musical duo consisting of Tom Jordan and Mitch Thompson. They are signed to Sony Nashville and are one of the most talked about rising acts in Music City. Their current radio single is called "Breakups" which they co-wrote with Liz Rose and Cameron Bedell.
