The gals are delighted to be joined by actress, Sarah Smart. Hugely talented & versatile, Sarah's CV reads like a copy of the Radio Times and she has worked with the very best in the business. She talked to Esther & Susie about how her career started, and the roles she has most cherished. Sarah is fascinating, very funny and a treat to listen to.

It wouldn't be LTO without sketches and a YouBash. And this week, there's plenty of competition for the audience trophy as the question 'What is your favourite programme?' drew loads of responses. It all leads Susie to conclude that she needs to watch more telly. And do less tidying. A motto for life perhaps.
