Sebastian co-founded the Cal Poly Sports Nutrition program while studying there for his undergrad. He then worked at Ohio State where he completed his masters while working with the ohio state football team for two years. He then did a fellowship with the Chicago Bears under Jenn Gibson. Following that he became a team sports dietitian for the university of Illinois and aided the team to their first bowl game in years. Sebastian is currently the Director of Football Nutrition at Stanford University. He is passionate about educating future sports dietitians, innovating into the future of the field, and supporting the development of world class athletes. He is interested in scaling individualized nutrition recommendations to optimize athlete nutrition.
