On today's episode, Beau is back still dealing with back pains, Travis forgot to turn off his robot filter, and Weber got too much sleep. We start off with one of the best times of the year, the NFL Combine. Travis and Weber are giddy talking about this draft class. Not a lot of flashy, sexy picks like quarterbacks, but a lot of linemen and wide receivers. We then go over some other NFL news with the Cowboys thinking about releasing Amari Cooper. And then we discuss a potential pickup for Weber's Patriots going for Robby Anderson. Weber tries to speak some sense to the Patriots to not make this move. After that, we move over to NCAA basketball. The end of an era for the blue chip Duke Blue Devils, as Mike Krzyzewski coaches his final home game after 42 years! After some discussion, we then move over to the pros with a big player, and I mean big, coming back to his team after injuries. After discussing vegan options, we go over to the MLB and MLBPA labor talks. We discuss what each side wants now, and the playoff format being a big one of the MANY talking points right now. Beau still wants to go down to Florida to shake things up and make this negotiations over with. The NFL keeps giving, as the drama in the desert has resulted in one QB and his agent an ultimatum onto his current team. The boys tell you what they would do. Also, the New York Giants are going to trade their star running back for what, Weber? Listen to find out. In the NBA, New York City has us questioning their COVID mandates as one of their stars can’t play but can sit 3 feet from his teammates. We start the day with some WORDLE talk. Travis is very confused, but what's new. Then we discuss our boring weekends. Man we need to get out more. After Travis goes a step too far when talking about plans for the fall with Weber, we move to the NFL news. We start with a quarterback with a laundry list of lawsuits has a new list of teams he wants to play for. Honestly, this guy can kick rocks. Then we move over to a team that also has a lot of quarterback drama, but this time its a coach hiring to potentially make him stay. And in the last bit of NFL news, Weber deflects his sadness because we have another coach hiring, but it's not the team he wanted this coach to go to. Then we have some hockey talk with Beau. We cover the medal games at the Olympics. And then we give a little rundown of the current standings. We shit on the "new" Arizona Coyotes arena which they will be sharing with Arizona State's hockey arena with an seating capacity slightly bigger than a high school area in Minnesota! Then we move onto the Sick League that is the pumpkin pushers with King James making all the headlines. We discuss Bron's want to play with his son in the league. After a breakdown of Bronny, Big Bron mentioned about the AARP Squad in LA sucking balls, so he said he could go back home. Wonder if that has anything to do with the Cavs playing great? Anyway, we talk about the NBA All-Star skills competition, with the 3-point contest being exciting as always. The Dunk contest was a joke as always. It's been like 20+ years it feels like since we had a good one. A couple decent ones in-between but still, how do you fix this contest? I don't know, I'm asking you. And finally, we go to baseball. We start with a young star turning down a HUGE contract before the lockout. Why did he turn this down? Does he want more money? Or does he want out of this organization? After we talk about how small markets in baseball always gets the short straw, we talk how the MLB and MLBPA can't get their poop in a group because Spring Training has officially been delayed. We (mostly Beau) gets riled up about how we have no baseball right now, and if Opening Day gets pushed back, I think Beau might fly to New York to MLB headquarters and kick Manfred in the balls. After a great Super Bowl Sunday off, the boys are back with a whole lot of great news to talk about. We recap Super Bowl LVI, including an amazing half time show. We also discuss who should have won MVP, because we believe defense had a bigger role in this game then the voters thought so. After that we stick in the NFL, because we have some DRAMA in the early stages of the off season. Actually, this came out before the Super Bowl, so it's gonna be a crazy off season. After that, we go to the Olympics for some hockey news. USA and Canada are out of contention of medal games on the Men's side, but thankfully, we can rely on the Women's teams (as usual) to bring us an AMAZING gold medal game. After that we go to the NBA for a big trade in the pumpkin pushers league. We all agree with who won this trade, will you agree with us? Beau also rips a certain player who wore a fat suit during this season a new one. We finish with a great discussion about the MLB. Again, sadly, we're not giving you the great news that baseball is back. No instead we're discussing the MLB looking at making more changes to the Minors. Is it great news, no. Could there be a silver lining to be found. Possibly. Are we still mad that pitchers and catchers were SUPPOSED to report today but we're still in this lockout? Yes. Anyway, that's our show. On today's episode, we discuss some NFL News. Weber introduces us to THUD with the snorefest that is the Pro Bowl. Then we discuss a Star Quarterback in the NFL using his social media to potentially make his way out of town. Does he want to stay? Will he go? Should Beau be a GM? (Big NO to that last one lol) We discuss some other hiring's in the NFL. Couple head coaches, including a nerd, an old geezer, and Kevin James' replacement. I don't think I can ever mention Sean Payton's name without saying Kevin James now. Then we move over to some Baseball news. Thankfully we have some news to talk about during this lockout, but unfortunately it's not "good news" but it's news none the less. We lead off with a player from our childhood's passing. He wasn't a superstar, but we still like to give our respects. Then we go to Trevor Bauer. His situation in regards to him not being criminally charged with sexual assault allegations from last year. We discuss if the MLB will have disciplinary actions towards Bauer, and if they the Dodger's will have him back. Then we discuss some roids in baseball. The MLB stopping the testing of players for steroids that is. As always, steroids is a hot topic, so we have a good discussion about that. Then we give our SUPER BOWL PICKS! On this Pro-Bowl Sunday, we discuss a lot of NFL News today. We start with the Brian Flores situation, and boy is there a lot to unpack with this one. This has a lot of storylines going on, so we'll keep you updated as things go on. Then we move over to none of our favorite's Doug Pederson moving over to Jacksonville to become their head coach. Then we wrap up the NFL with the Minnesota Vikings (potential) new head coach. We talk about who said no to who between Jim Harbaugh and the Vikings, and we discuss who this new coach is and how we think he will fit. After some Kevin James coaching the Saints talk, we move over to the NHL All-Star Game. Beau goes over the skills competition that no-one wanted to be a part of. and the Metro division winning the 3-on-3 games. After that, we cover some MLB news. Yes, we know the MLB is still in the lockout. And yes, we are still very sad about it, but there have been some news to discuss including Max Scherzer voicing his concerns. We all talk about how dumb and annoying this is, but thankfully we end on some good news. Cowboy Joe West has officially retired from calling games in the MLB, and we look up to see how ridiculously expensive his CD that he put out in 1987 is. After a busy couple of days, the boys are back. Beau escaped a blizzard, Weber had some garbage reasons, and Travis did absolutely nothing. So we get right into the recap of the Conference Championships in the NFL. Holy balls did we miss on a LOT of our picks. Also, why did are we so self-deprecating today? But overall, it was yet ANOTHER great weekend of playoff football. It's sad to think it's almost over. We have our Super Bowl set and we'll give you a tiny preview. We'll sit on our picks until we're closer to the actual game and after the joke that is the Pro Bowl. Then we have some BIG NFL NEWS. The one retirement that was rumored to have happened and then didn't happen. But then it did actually happen! So the boys get nostalgic about the potential GOAT, and Weber got a Kentucky Waterfall because of him. There is some other news, including Weber's Patriot's losing their stud Offensive Coordinator. So Weber is all in his feels this pod. And the 49ers are looking for something for ol Jimmy G. That didn't take long for news to get out for that. They lost just two days ago! We then take some time talking about the situation with Brian Flores and a lawsuit related to coaching hiring within the NFL. This is a relative new situation, so we'll be talking more about it as we get more information about it. We almost forget about the Washington Football Team's new team name.  And with some breaking news, Beau will be burning all his khakis, but we'll talk more about that next episode. Finally we have some MLB news, more specifically, MLB THE SHOW news! I'll just say, its SHO-TIME BABY!! If you can name the Rams player who Weber was a fan of before his dad made him be a Patriot's fan, Weber will send you a jersey of said player! It might be a youth large, but it's in great condition.

The boys talk about their weekend. Weber works some comedy shows, Travis talks about his NCAA 14 Road to Glory running back, and Beau eats too many Taco-in-a-bags. Then we move on to the NFL News. The boys get nostalgic over a couple of HUGE retirements. Well, I guess one official retirement. You'll have to listen to see what I mean. And then we take yet another ride on the Coaching Carousel. Three more coaching vacancies have filled. We see how these coaches fit in these landing spots. Can the first coach Hackett? The FLOOSE IS LOOSE! And do we have a coach that will put your team under the Daboll? (That one was a stretch. I know) Then Weber gives his review on Kevin James' latest movie, "Home Team". We then go on a rabbit hole of Happy Madison Productions. We are Sandman and Friends stans obviously. After that, we go to the Pumpkin Pushers for the All Star starters. This episode was WILD. There wasn't a lot of topics, but things got wild. We talked about how the rest of the NFL Divisional rounds went. Two more instant classics to talk about, including an Overtime that has sparked another hot-button topic with people (Beau) wanting a rule change. After Beau calms down and decides to be part of the solution and not the problem, we discuss the stepping down of Sean Payton. What will Sean Payton now? Will he go to another team? Will he go into the media? Will he play Kevin James in a movie? Will Kevin James come in to coach the Saints? Who knows. Then, Weber's guy Tom Brady has been throwing out the word "Retirement". Will he ride out into the sunset with his 7 Super Bowl rings, or will he want to come back for a shot at number 8? Moving on to the MLB, we talk about the newest class of the Baseball Hall of Fame. Only David Ortiz made it in. A few HUGE names got snubbed. Who do you think was missed the ballot? Anyway, we then move over to the NFL Conference Championships. These games will be worth DOUBLE! On today's episode, we discuss the first half of the NFL Divisional rounds. Two very close games that came down to the wire. Now we'll have to see if the next two games will live up to the hype. Then we cover some NFL news, including a QB who's future has a lot, A LOT, of uncertainties. After a bad joke by Travis, we move over to a Defensive Coordinator getting fired and Weber gets fired up. What has become of the NFL? Then we shift over to baseball, and surprisingly during a lockout, a lot of baseball news to talk about. The fellas discuss the possibility the Rays moving around, where will they land? Probably no where. After we get reigned in from a discussion of new expansion teams. Then a HEATED topic, robo-umps. Robo-Umps make their debut in AAA this year. And then we get sad talking about how baseball this year is going to have a shorten season. If they play at all.
