Joe Biden and his partisans clearly think the American people are stupid. They relentlessly serve up patent untruths, then accuse their critics of engaging in “Big Lies.”

Take the President’s declaration in Buffalo yesterday that, “…Angry, alienated, lost, and isolated individuals [are radicalized] into falsely believing that they will be replaced…by the ‘other’ — by people who don’t look like them.” Actually, Americans correctly regard the Biden team’s “open border” policy as realigning the electorate, to make it more reliably Democratic. 

With fraud-prone mail-in ballots and locales like New York now giving non-citizens the right to vote within 30 days of getting there, the addition of millions of illegal aliens could offset the rising revulsion legal voters feel about Biden’s appalling record.

Calling people racists for objecting to such electoral skullduggery is not simply wrong. These deflections are incendiary and contemptible.

Like a boa constrictor crushing the last vestiges of life from its prey, the Chinese Communist Party has intensified this week its merciless snuffing of freedom in Hong Kong. On Sunday, its hand-picked thug named John Lee won an uncontested race with ninety-nine percent of the votes cast by 1500 hand-picked CCP supporters.

Almost immediately, a new roundup of prominent freedom-fighters began with the arrest of Cardinal Joseph Zen and several others suspected of violating Beijing’s odious “national security law.” They could face life-imprisonment when, not if, the rigged judicial system finds them guilty as charged.

Such mistreatment of Hong Kong’s former archbishop validates his courageous criticism of both Communist China’s totalitarian regime and the Pope it reportedly paid handsomely to sell out Catholics in China. Let’s pray for these and all Xi Jinping’s other victims – current and prospective, which includes us.

Weeks before the Chinese Communist Party unleashed the Covid-19 pandemic, its representatives participated in “Event 201,” a table-top exercise organized by, among others, Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Its stated purpose was to see how a coronavirus pandemic could be used to strengthen world government.

A senior Biden administration official named Loyce Pace happens to be a graduate of the Bloomberg School. She is also the author of 13 amendments that would transform the head of the World Health Organization into the global arbiter of what constitutes public health emergencies and how they will be addressed. Not our government, but CCP-shill Tedros Ghebreyesus.

Former Representative Michele Bachmann says we need Republicans in Congress to conduct the equivalent of a general strike – no quorums, no legislation – until Ms. Pace’s appalling surrender of our national sovereignty is formally repudiated.

Congress is urgently considering legislation to provide protection to Supreme Court justices’ family members. The fact that they need physical security is an indictment not only of the mobs now driving them from their homes. It is a symptom of the Biden administration’s embrace, yet again, of unequal justice under law.

Team Biden’s effective encouragement of its radical and even violent leftist allies’ intimidation – and worse, contrasts sharply with its harsh treatment of political opponents smeared as “domestic terrorists.” In practice, giving a pass to those threatening members of the Supreme Court effectively greenlights not only efforts to pack it, but to purge it.

While robustly protecting justices and their families is, of course, necessary, it is not sufficient. President Biden and his subordinates must make clear immediately that anyone endangering them will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

The across-the-board wrecking operation that Joe Biden has unleashed on America has two common denominators: Every one of his policies is harmful to our country. And every one of them seems to benefit the Chinese Communist Party.

Nina Jankowicz has been plucked from obscurity to be the famous person she yearned in song to become. In her new role as arbiter of what is unacceptable “mis- and disinformation,” she has become the poster girl of the now-intensifying Marxist Revolution in America.

Tucker Carlson observed last night that Ms. Jankowicz’s past antics – notably, her sometimes salacious and deeply partisan renderings of popular music, her screeds inveighing against ideological opponents and, yes, her own actual and absurd disinformation – obscure, like Joe Biden’s affable senility, serious “Stalinist” tendencies.  

What can possibly go wrong with having such a person given free rein in a law enforcement capacity to go after political opponents – even school board-criticizing moms now officially called potential “domestic terrorists” – simply because she deems their exercise of First Amendment rights to be impermissible?

The short answer is “plenty.”

Russian dictator Vladimir Putin’s invasion of Ukraine in February has precipitated an impressive, and these days rare, degree of bipartisan support here for the people of Ukraine, translating into billions in aid and vast arms transfers to the beleaguered defenders.

Despite punishing sanctions and military reverses, however, Putin appears determined to continue his murderous aggression. Indeed, he threatens to escalate the conflict further and punish those assisting Ukraine, including with nuclear weapons.

As the war in Ukraine’s actual and potential costs continue to grow with President Biden seeking another $33 billion, hard questions about America’s role there must be urgently addressed.
