The Biden-Harris Justice Department has been highly selective in its enforcement of the law. For example, its FBI was keen to seize the electronic equipment of former President Trump’s lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, but not his hard-drive copies of the notorious laptop belonging to President Biden’s son, Hunter.

We just learned the Department’s Civil Rights Division is concerned about evidence of official misconduct in Maricopa County, Arizona during the 2020 election. After months of, at best, indifference to such evidence, the DOJ is now threatening to get involved.

But it seems intent not on getting to the bottom of seemingly rampant federal crimes in the voting in that key county. Rather, the Department appears poised to stop an ongoing forensic audit of the election ordered by the Arizona Senate with state judicial approval.

Elections have consequences, including stolen ones.

Perhaps the only upside of the pandemic the Chinese Communist Party unleashed on this country and the rest of the world is the clarity it brought to dictator Xi Jinping’s global ambitions. Even Biden Secretary of State Tony Blinken now acknowledges that the CCP seeks to dominate and control the planet.

To that end the Chinese Communists are waging “People’s War” employing “unrestricted warfare” techniques to remove the only real impediment to that agenda: the United States of America. The most insidious of these techniques is their comprehensive influence operations aimed at subverting us from within.

The latest of countless examples of how our destruction is being stealthily advanced is one enabled by American fellow travelers at the hard-left Erickson Institute, via a teacher-training program that enables the indoctrination of our kids with Chinese Communist nursery rhymes.

Aspiring authoritarians have long used the capabilities of like-minded corporations to control populations. Could such a Marxist/fascistic partnership take down our Republic?

Big Tech and other businesses in this country have actively suppressed freedom of speech by “canceling” some Americans access to or use of social media platforms – including the then-President, Donald Trump. In fact, this practice helped elect Joe Biden by preventing voters from knowing about his son Hunter’s compromising laptop.

So-called “woke” corporations are establishing – and will soon be enforcing – “vaccine passports” impacting Americans’ freedom of movement, association and other personal conduct in ways the Biden administration favors, but for which it declines to be held responsible. 

Now, CNN reports that the Department of Homeland Security is exploring outsourcing to “outside firms” warrantless – and therefore unconstitutional – surveillance of Americans’ communications inside this country.

An intensely awaited and timely book comes out tomorrow despite Big Tech’s efforts to prevent its publication.

Missouri Senator Josh Hawley’s The Tyranny of Big Tech was a pre-publication bestseller even before Mark Levin’s riveting hour-long discussion of the book’s contents with its author on Fox News last night.

That’s because the Senator has persuasively warned about what’s happening at the hands of unelected, unaccountable and colluding social media giants like Facebook, Google and Twitter – and the Democratic partisans with whom they are collaborating to fundamentally transform America.

A formidable conservative, constitutional populist, Josh Hawley pulls no punches about the dangers associated with the concentration of power in a modern corporate trust that can and does threaten free speech and our other liberties thanks to its Big Government enablers, including Republican ones.

The Tyranny of Big Tech is truly required reading.

Following the most Marxist speech ever given by a President of the United States, agents of the federal government’s internal security service known as the FBI seized electronic devices from two of his predecessor’s lawyers.

The search warrants executed against former senior Justice Department officials Rudy Guiliani and Victoria Toensig are reportedly tied to the FBI’s pursuit of a longtime thorn in its side – a competent and pro-Trump investigative reporter named John Solomon.

Meanwhile, President Trump’s own ability to communicate is being severely restricted. His social media remain suppressed and even an interview he had this week with radio host Dan Bongino was blocked by YouTube.

Such weaponization of the state’s power and denial of access to the public square are symptoms of totalitarianism. If this “fundamental transformation” of America is not challenged and stopped, its next victim may be you.

During Joe Biden’s “free stuff” speech to some of the Congress last night – in which he effectively promised a host of initiatives designed to fundamentally transform America along socialist, if not full-on Marxist, lines – the President characterized our relationship with the world’s exemplar of that model, Communist China, as a “competition.”

While the Commander-in-Chief whistles past the graveyard, nine of our nation’s four-star combatant commanders have sounded an alarm that the Chinese Communists, and their Russian strategic partners, are actually grave and growing threats. In a “36-star” letter to the intelligence community, they pleaded for more rapid declassification of the truth to inform American and allied publics.

The truth is that the Chinese Communist Party is waging an unrestricted “People’s War” against us. We ignore that reality, to say nothing of emulate their government-dominated system, at our freedoms’ extreme peril.
