2021.03.28 | We practice restraint in virtue, to be mindful, to collect our minds in samadhi, and this allows the mind to see clearly that all conditioned phenomena are, by nature, unstable and ever changing. With this clear seeing, the mind realizes purity, Nibbana. Therefore, we have effort and firm intent to practise the Dhamma to see this for ourselves.
