She represented the Institute of Professional Editors (IPEd) at the Australian Inclusive Publishing Initiative (AIPI), a cross-industry forum on print accessibility, and is a former chair of IPEd’s Accessibility Initiative Working Party. She is the 2025 winner of the Janet Mackenzie Medal, IPEd’s highest honor, awarded in recognition of her service to the editing profession.
