  • Embrace The SUC EP56 "In a fighting hole"

Benny speaks with a current 8411 SSgt Reinhold. He is a current SNCOIC/Recruiter. Yes you saws that correctly. SSgt Reinhold checked in from BRC and was made a SNCOIC of a small office of just 2 recruiters. He was one of them. He speaks about his current grind and life on the duty. We all live through the duty in a different manner and take things differently. It's important we discuss mental health and what's going on daily. As an 8411 you are in constant contact with people flooding your mind. We need to take time to speak about what we go through and that's what this episode is all about. Please reach out if you are in need. I am always willing to help and just lend an ear if you need it.

  • Embrace The SUC EP54 "The NEED behind the NEED"

Benny talks with Jordan a former EAD Recruiter. We talk about his time on the duty and why he didn't extend for a third year. We discuss the good and the bad situations. We discuss the mental anguish it can cause on a Marine and dive into anxiety and panic attacks. This duty can be a hard place to be. Benny and Jordan talk about what a winning team looks like and how to become one. There is no one way to make it happen on recruiting duty. Everyone has a different way to make it work but the basis needs to be MC3. I firmly believe if you truly push yourself and follow the steps you can be successful. Put your best foot forward and fight each day. Failing has never been okay in the Marine Corps. We need to adapt and overcome day by day. If you find yourself need a place to come to this is it. • Embrace The SUC EP53 "You Determine Your Destiny"

Benny speaks with current 8411 Sgt Nico Flores about the duty. We discuss his positive mental attitude and how he felt when he first got hssted. He talks about his mentor who was a MSgt who spoke highly of the duty. Recruiting Duty can be very different when you are exposed to positive stories. Unfortunately we tend to only hear the horror stories. That's why I am here. I want to share both sides of the story. Lets find a way to be better through a duty like this. Let's talk about the change and positive outlooks. It can't all be bad. Let's make this a place of growth and prosperity. Let's make being an 8411 mean something. Be proud to wear that ribbon and talk about the good times. Let's change the stigma and make it a place people want to return to. If you find yourself enjoying these episodes please share them with your fellow devil dog. I am to change one life and if that's your please share your story with me.

  • Embrace The SUC EP52 "Change the Duty"

Benny talks about Recruiting Duty and what were doing to change it. What are we doing to make this a better environment for our Marines. How do we make it a place to return to? Most people who have ever been on the duty feel that would never return. You couldn't pay them enough to experience it again. What are we doing to change that? Besides useless incentives like "RS of Choice" you work 7 days a week the RS doesn't matter at that point. How do we create a conducive environment? If you find these episodes help you please share them with others and spread them. I am here to help the 8411 on the street anyway I can. That includes outside of these episodes. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram. Keep up the fight.  Please Subcribe so you can see all the new episodes Mondays and Weds!

  • Recruiting EP 053 "Determine your own destiny"

This episode starts a little different then others. I speak about some announcements and talk about some comments. Then we have Sgt Nico Flores on to discuss his current tour of duty being an 8411. We discuss his thoughts on Positive Mental Attitude and the importance of it. We also discuss determining your own destiny. We are often put in positions we cant control. The one thing we can control is our attitude towards it. We discuss the positive things that will help him return to the fleet Marine Corps a better leader. People like to focus on the bad times on the duty and we rarely hear about the growth it creates in our leaders. Come to the duty with an open mind and a yearning to win.
