Bennys been off doing a new podcast so sorry for the lack of episodes. Wanted to come on and remind people why I started this segment of the podcast. Help me grow and help me help them. We need the stories of the 8411/8412 past and present. Without your stories of adversity and growth this doesn't exist. Help me help the future of our Recruiting force. How do we change the culture and I mean really change it. How do we make the duty a place we want to be.

Benny speaks with Nick Platt about his 4 years in the Marine Corps and his transition back to the civilian world. We also discuss the last 2 years of his life as he transitioned back to the Civilian world. I believe there is a lot to take from this episode. Please enjoy it and help use it to spark discussion amongst others.
Benny and Ralph talk about a wide range of topics. This is a long talk about accountability and training. Before we begin lets remember. This is solely the opinion of to SNCO. It is nothing more nothing less. We are not speaking on behalf of anyone but ourselves. These are are opinions and ours alone. We discuss a lot of different things going on across MCRC. This is not one specific RS it is many. If you find yourself thinking oh that's me... well maybe the shoe fits. We discuss "Station Commander VS. SNCOIC". We discuss the serious lack of accountability and training. We dive into Positive Mental Attitude. This is a great episode full of discussion and growth. Please enjoy it and spread it. If you have anything to add reach out. These are discussions that need to be had it will help create growth amongst the Recruiting Force. We also discuss weak NCOs and weak SNCOs. Do you have a backbone? Are you holding yourself accountability? Are you holding your team? Your SNCOICS/Commanders accountability? What does that look like?

As of recently I have heard a lot of things in the background so I wanted to address them formally. I wanted to explain to my listeners and those listening without purpose the purpose of the podcast. Listen at the end of the day. If you have an opinion you're welcome on the podcast anytime. I have a seat reserved for you right next to me. Lastly if the shoe fits we're it. If you feel attacked maybe you're the toxic leader we're speaking about. If your name has been said it was never meant to be in a bad way. Listen with purpose and look into the context. Also I want to cordially invite any 8412 or command member on the podcast. Why? Because without you MCRC doesn't exist. Come join me as we try to navigate through the duty. The good and the bad. To the no show and the ghost if you're reading this you're still welcome to be a guest. Our views align and would make for a great episode. Once again this is a message from the one and only podcast that's not hosted by your command member.
Benny talks with 2 current 8411's from different RSs. We discuss the mental aspect of the duty and the grind. We talk about the late nights and the anxiety. We dive into some training and talk about the results. We talk about family and what where doing to become better. I apologize in advance for the connectivity issues as well as the random echo.
