Benny has an unexpected guest SSgt Ramos. If you have followed the podcast you have heard plenty of stories about this man. He and I had a rocky start but became friends in the end. He is one of the hardest working Marines I have ever known. Through everything he never quit.

Benny and SSgt Cabrera talk about a lot. We discuss a lot of topics about the duty and leadership. We discuss being a successful Recruiter as well as being a new SNCOIC. He thought this was a problem just local to him but soon realized its a problem throughout the whole Marine Corps Recruiting Command. The lack of quality training is absurd. We need to do better for our Marines. We need to do better for our future Marine Corps and our community.

Benny has Tom from Freedom Alliance on to talk about the nonprofits mission and goal. He shares the numbers with us. They have given away millions in scholarships. They also make all terrain wheel chairs for combat veterans and they take Combat Vets on Sports activities. Please listen and share this episode with Veterans and family. Bennys goal is to engage with the Veteran Community and make sure they know all afforded to them. We have lost many people to combat and too suicide. The war isn't over for some of us
