Meditations and affirmations were my go to during my pregnancy and these affirmations are one way of me giving back to that process.

Pregnancy was when I first found Meditation. Or maybe it found me. Either way it’s relaxation benefits got me through a man anxious pregnancy. Before my healthy pregnancy I had had a miscarriage and so anxiety upon my second pregnancy was inevitable. Meditation and relaxation tools were my saviour and have been ever since. So this 26min relaxation recording is me giving something back and trying to help others. Enjoy.
