This week we are kicking off our women's right series. This episode is a brief timeline of events from 1776 til now. There's a lot of talk about what's currently going on in the U.S. We thought, what the hell, we'll add our two cents. We're women, we have opinions and love to give them. These next few episodes will be interesting because we all have very different point of views and backgrounds on these various sub topics coming up over the next few weeks. 

We went a little deeper in this episode on body image. One thing is universal, we all have a body and we all have opinions on what the perfect image of our body is.  The flaws that we see in the mirror come in many forms. In this episode we touch on a few of those things and of course trail off in a few different directions but it all comes back to body image.

Everyone needs money to live. As servers most of us are in a unique situation of getting paid daily. Since inflation is a thing right now, we thought we would give you some tips and talk about saving money. We just gave a few that have been helpful to us. We're definitely not financial experts but everyday people just trying to live our best lives like you.

Self care is something highly talked about but rarely done. This is an important practice that as we get older gets more important. If your young, work on getting into the habit, however,  you're never to old to start. In this episode we talk about and give ideas for Self care. What it is and what it isn't.  It's become extremely commercialized and done in a way that seems unattenable. We're hoping to change that and help you take better care of yourself. 

We all have pet peeves. At work, at home, out in the world. As long as we are not living as hermits, others are going to annoy us. This episode we giving our listeners a glimpse into our pet peeves. Honestly this probably doesn't even scratch the surface.  Especially when working in hospitality the list is endless.

In this episode we talk about how we feel about working with those closest to us. Whether or not it's a good idea. As always we add some humor and personality to this subject!
