50 hr work weeks, and we were still somehow able to get an interview with this guy. In this episode we chat with Lenny Desmanias, a sous chef, a friend, and a few other things we learn about him in this episode that we had no idea he even did. So glad we were able to have Lenny on to get his inside perspective and thoughts on working as a chef in a pretty busy restaurant. 

Ever wonder what it's like to be a bartender?? What they do? What their actual job consists of? Well in this episode we talk a little about all that.  We give you a brief description of what our job title entails and some funny antidotes to go with it.

Back of house vs. Front of house... fight.  Anyone else get a mortal kombat throw back? Haha.  In this episode we talk about the front house's perception of back of house.  This seems to be the age old conversation that everyone in the restaurant industry has... The question of who does more? Who's more important?  Whos job is more difficult? The reality is we all have our roles to play and we're all in it together.

 So we did not have a topic for this episode so we just decided to just chat. This is our random conversation pt 2, because let's be honest we knew this would happen again but it was so worth it.

Not sure how to explain this episode except that it was a lot of fun to record. So listen or don't but if you do i'm sure you'll enjoy our random funny conversations that segway so well. 

So we all know tipping is a controversial subject. So today we kind of break it down a little. We give super brief history because that in itself is controversial and can be a sensitive subject that we don't necessarily wish to dive deep into on this Podcast because that's not our area of expertise.  We are not trying to change your mind on whether to agree or not to agree with tipping, just hoping that you have a better understanding of why it is something that we do today.

So after last weeks management review, we decided to discuss our perception of what a good server looks like to us. Good and bad server qualities along with some stories as well. 

In this episode we go over the qualities we think a good manager has to have to succeed in that position. We've got a lot to say on this subject along with some stories to add to the fun.
