Debuting my first ASMR podcast episode! I’m excited about this because I’ve been really into listening to ASMR for months now and felt inspired to start creating my own!  What is ASMR?  It stands for “autonomous sensory meridian response” and is a tingling sensation that usually begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine when you hear relaxing/satisfying sounds like whispering or rain.  I felt inspired to start making ASMR episodes because I love listening to ASMR to relax, go to sleep, or when I want calming background noise.  I hope you enjoy these sound triggers!  Please message me @syd.tafuri to let me know what you think and let me know what your favorite sound triggers are!  *Please do not listen to this while driving a vehicle of any kind as it may induce deep relaxation and/or sleep*
