In this episode, my friend, Emma Kestler, and I do a deep dive into the concepts and messages we took away from the most powerful book we have both ever read: The Untethered Soul by Michael Singer.

This book was so impactful for both of us. I have read it twice! The messages and concepts in this book make you think differently about life and yourself. It walks you through your relationship to yourself, your thoughts, and your emotions. It helps you dig deeper to find the source of your own energy, thoughts, fear, habitual patterns, etc. and helps you find a way to live your life in freedom and be your most authentic self. I recommend it to every human!
