Healthy boundaries create separation between people. In codependency, these boundaries are weak. You feel responsible for how other people feel and want to make them feel better. Mike and Nat, two people-pleasers that don’t like to say no, try to understand the how and why of setting healthy boundaries. Can Erin help them figure it out?

Plus, Grant stops by for The Big Three with SLP, Mike shares some lessons learned from a sober business trip, and the Monksters Speak about why it’s so hard to tell people you don’t drink anymore.
