Once in a while I will read through my past newsletters to remind myself how important it is stay motivated and inspired each day in order to reach our goals. When I came across this newsletter I wrote back in February 2011, the topic made me smile. Why? Because I had just finished giving a speech about how we have to make strong affirmations and say them out loud and convince ourselves how we are one with our affirmation, we have to own it, be passionate about it and believe it and repeat it throughout the day. We become our thoughts.
